Awesome protein fluff for post w/o nutrition! Today was chest a I hit another PR today!!!

Ok this is what you need
-A bowl or taller plastic container
-Protein
-I use almond milk vanilla, it makes it creamier and thicker, I think
-Hand blender with the blade attachment and whisk
Fresh fruit that you have frozen or already frozen fruit from the store(the fruit has to be frozen for it to work)

Put the frozen fruit in a bowl, add a scoop of protein or two and then not much almond milk(less than 1/4 cup). You want it thick. You might have to play around with the milk part to get it how you like it. Use the blade to get all the ingredients chopped up and into a think paste. Then use the whisk for about a min or 2 to get it all fluffed up. It's I'd damn good! You can use any fruit which makes it cool.
 
You can use water or skim milk. I switch it up a lot, I normally use water.

My buddy made me a protein shake once with Silk. It was disgusting. I remember seeing those commercials that say like "2 out of 3 people prefer the taste of Silk to Milk!" WTF were those people thinking lol.

Arms were done towards the end of this workout. I wanted to keep going but they wouldn't let me. Today I'm starting 4 pills of Division 1 a day spaced throughout the day but now I'm making sure they are with a meal. Lets see how this treats me!

Did you read that article on AM that says milk is bad for us? All it did was make me want to start drinking Vitamin D milk lol. I can't drink my protein without milk. Protein + water = nasty. Protein + Silk = nastier.

I'm stocked on vitamin d milk at my house since I have twin 1yr olds running around. I think I might try it today!

DJ: I always have my protein with water, but funny enough I do have to let it sit in the fridge for a bit before drinking it.

I did try unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk - was horrible, perhaps the original unsweetened would be better. That said, my daughter (15) said it was great on cereal. I'm thinking she needs her taste buds checked lol. When I make protein ice cream I use skim milk and it comes out great.

I just made a shake for lunch with cheap ass Walmart protein and 16oz of whole milk. Tasty as FFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUU
 
If you guys are using SILK brand that's why. Try Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk by Almond Breeze. Best stuff ever!! Maybe its acquired taste, I happen to love almonds. Did not care for silk brand.

The Unsweetened Vanilla I had was no Almond Breeze nor Silk.. but another brand - perhaps the problem... I will give it another shot I guess as it isn't exactly expensive.

You'll like the fluff. Use water or milk. Milk will make it much better plus you hardly need any of it.

Yeah some taste way better than others, when it first came out I hated it because I only tried one brand but I love it now.
 
I use the unsweetend almond milk with chocolate whey protein, I don't mind the taste.

Better than egg whites! lol

Yesterday was legs. Knees were bothering me a little so I could go heavy like I wanted but I did everything very slow and controlled and got one hell of a burn!

Seems like I just keep getting stronger! What was hard before seems to be moving towards normal sets! I think I'm going to throw in my supp stash some USP Jack3d micro. So I'll be switching on and off between micro and Game Day just so my body doesn't get used to anything.

You noticing any increased endurance at all? The Plantago studies are proving it is great for this.

The whole time I've ran this stack as well as the 4 weeks before with the new titanium I've had amazing endurance. After a set my breathing is still easy and I feel like I'm ready to go with the next set right away. Also I've noticed that when I'm done with my workout that I still want to keep lifting. I find myself doing random exercises when I'm done.
