That's awesome! It was a girls trip, my wife and 3 friends! Her 1 friend got so drunk they had to basically carry her out, they never finished the concert, she was pissed

Just want to give you guys a supp update. Obviously I finished the new titanium and now am on the OG stack since last wed. Wow the strength is still there, hit a new PR today and the libido is insane since adding Division 1! Love this stack so far! I take Body Octane every w/o and I alternate between Game Day and Condense right now just so my body isn't getting used to the same ol pre w/o. ON 100% whey is just taken post w/o and sometimes during the day if I can't get a meal in or not enough protein.

Tuesday was back. I liked last weeks workout so I stuck with that. Instead of doing a lot of heavy movements I've been doing more volume

Everything was 4 sets

Wide pull-ups-ss-bent over BB row

Reverse grip pull-ups-ss-1arm DB row
10 reps-ss-85lb x 10

Hammer grip pull-ups-ss-bent over reverse grip BB row

Inverted wide grip row-ss-low incline rear delt raises
8 reps-ss-10lb x 15

Inverted wide reverse grip row-ss-incline bench plate row
8 reps-ss-25's x 15

Inverted hammer grip row-ss-behind the back BB shrug with 3 sec pause at top
8 reps-ss-135x10

Yesterday was shoulders
Everything was 4 sets

Standing BB over and backs
95x10

Standing DB press
35x12
3x40x12 PR! Always do a set of 40's but not 3!!!

Standing DB lateral raises
40's x 10 PR! Same here, always do a set of 40's but not 4!!

Standing bent over rear delt DB raises
25's x 12

45lb plate front raises-ss-behind the back BB shrug with 3 sec pause at top-ss-standing DB lateral raises
12 reps-ss-135x10-ss-25's x 10

1 set of standing BB press at 135lbs-8 reps
Shoulders were exhausted!! Had a great w/o and I'm lifting more weight

That's great, strength is unreal for me! Hopefully you as well. Ever since I started division 1 the libido is crazy ready to go all the time, the damn weather lady on the news turns me on in the morning, this stack is crazy! Game Day had me sweating like crazy this morning! I swear I love this stuff, it definitely gets all water weight out.

It is definitely a good stack. Seems to work excellent with my Titanium/Formula X as well. Sucks that this is my last tub of Formula X. Perhaps the 'Athletix Gods' will bake a fresh batch!

I'm 1.5 weeks into Titanium, haven't got to gym once. I figure if I ever make it to gym again, it will be fully kicked in lol. Just added Versa-1 to 2 days ago. I have yet to try enhanced, love me some Alphamine, but never tried Enhanced or Gameday either. I get scared of strong Pres lol

Nice quick Saturday workout! Just curious if anyone ever took more than 4 pills of titanium a day and if anyone took more than 3 division 1 pills a day? Not sure if taking more of either of the two would get even more results?

Sweet. Lico v1 was great. Leaned me up, added strength, great energy increase and no joint issues at all.

This is great news! Lico was by far my favorite Athletix product. Glad High Volume is almost out, I really enjoyed the sample of it.
