So how should I dose my formula x?? I take bcaas (recover pro) always AFTER I train... The lclt and acetyl l tyrosine would be great pre workout obviously, but i really dot like anything in my stomach ... Is it pointless to take post workout?
Also, this is to be taken daily, right? Not 5 on 2 off? On non training days, can it be taken with food? Or should it be spaced away from food? You're gonna have to remind me how the serving size/scooper thing works again lol. I will save this and will post these questions and answers on my log too when I set it I up.
It would be great taken pre-workout or Intra workout. You could even do half dose pre-workout, half dose intra-workout.
It can be taken with or without food. It is to be taken everyday. On non workout days take it in the morning or before bed. Again if you want you can split the doses and use it twice a day. If you really want Post-workout would be alright, the LCLT and BCAA's will be very effective for recovery. Just experiment which dosing times you prefer, myself I like 1 scoop pre and 1 scoop intra.
Serving size is 2 scoops.
