Tell Me If I'm Retarded...

I'm pretty new to this thing. I've been boxing for 10 years, and "lifting" for about 6 months. I'm looking to put a "halo-clone" (4-chloro-17a-methyl-androst-1,4-diene-3b,17b-diol 50mg) once a day into my diet... but i'm not sure. here is how my diet looks right now ---

Morning
46g of MetRX Natural Whey Protein (mixed w/ water.)
5g of MetRX Creatine
5g of MetRX L-Glutamine (creatine and l-glutamine are mixed w/ some ABB Speedstack energy drink.)
---this is where i plan on taking the 50mg halo-clone---
Vitamins
1 Mens Multi
1 1000mg Flax Oil
1 Himalaya Brand LiverCare tablet
1 Iceland Health Brand Joint Relief tablet
2 50mg Zinc tablets
2 100mg Chlorophyll tablets
2 500mg Vitamin C tablets
2 30mg Ginko Biloba tablets

Roughly 4pm
46g MetRX Natural Whey Protein (mixed w/ water.)
1 800mg CLA tablet
----Goto the gym (boxing 4 days, lifting 3 days of the week.)----

Before Bed (10 to 11pm)
46g MetRX Natural Whey Protein (mixed w/ water.)
1 800mg CLA tablet
1 100mg 5-HTP tablet
1 Himalaya brand LiverCare tablet

I haven't started taking the halo yet, but i'd like some information on how long i should take it for (30 day cycle?) and the effects it'll have on me w/ this daily regiment as well. i've got Revolution PCT as a post cycle. At what point should i start taking that? I don't know anything about "stacking" but i'm not looking to get huge, as i box and need to be fast. i'm just looking for something to give me a little edge. i'm a small guy. 142lb and 5'8". i'm lanky and i run a lot. i'm also a vegetarian. can anybody help me out?
 
hi buddy, please don't take this the wrong way but it seems u have ni idea what these products will do to you body and wat is required to counter act these changes when needed. I would stronly suggest putting the bottle in a licked cabinet and leaving it there fir at least another three - six months whilst you read up as much as u can and learn about these sought of products first.

The web is awash with info on this and u will find out alot and be able to make a better decision as to use this or not.

I have done one EPI cycle recently which was my first so I am by no means a fountain of knowledge in this subject and hopefully not coming across as if I think I am but I done slot of research before hand just to make sure I did not mess myself up and add to a ever growing list of people who try these things I'll prepared and give products a bad rep.

plus how old are you ? I know you say u have been boxing for ten years but u could of started that at 6.

plus six months worth if weight training is not very long at all to be looking to jump into this product.

I would suggest eat right and continue training for a year or two until you plateau and then consider adding something.

you've been lifting half a year, you only lift 3x a week, you don't want to be big, you're a vegetarian... you won't benefit much from whatever cycle you do, and any gains would be temporary... steroids are not the solution to whatever problem you have.

i'm 27. also, thats why i am on this forum -- to get advice, and thank you everybody. i will put this stuff in a locked cabinet and keep working out -- and just because i box 4 days a week, doesn't mean i'm not working out there. i have to do a ton of push-ups, medicine ball exercises, leg stuff, etc... essentially, i'm working out 7 days a week, i'm only really doing heavy lifting 3. i i was just looking for some sort of edge. i also had a stomach condition as a kid that made me a vegetarian by default. i cannot digest meat. i can, however, do whey protein.
