Yeah even at 60 var i still feel like im at my limit and 1 more pill would make me puke. Dunno if its SD but theres something liver toxic in the methdrol for sure. Not really getting the typical SD sides but... Lethargy is here. Napping daily. Not really getting those sickening pumps except for calf raises maybe.

Ill have a better idea by the end of this. Overall going good. Nothing much to report. Few more veins popping up on arms and legs but controlled labs creatine "green might" is something else. Im basically a human sponge around the trunk so not sure whats going on there.

I have eaten plenty of Green Might. There’s nothing in there that would cause water retention besides creatine Monohydrate.

I dont know why but its the only one that messes me up so much. I only take it a few days a week and my weight goes from 207-209 to 212-215 upon waking up if i took it the night prior. Then goes straight back down if i switch to another brand.

Rivalus and allmax on other days and im fine...

I only take it with my watermelon c4 but thankfully i only have one scoop left. Unless its actually something in the c4 thats bothering me but seems less likely. Either way. 1 last scoop and never again lol.

NOW Creatine Mono is very affordable per kilo on Amazon and the like if you just want an unflavored bulk. Not as cheap as some super bulk brands, but very very cheap and one of the few brands I trust with absolute certainty.

My coworker/friend/gym partner left it on my desk when he got laid off with this note on it. I felt obligated to use it haha. But yeah tomorrows the last day of it. I inherited tons of supps from my other 3 workers getting laid off and im too cheap to just throw them out. Ill stop complaining though.

I strongly urge anyone who uses epiandro, 4ad, dermacrine, s4, etc as a "base" to immediately stop and order this stuff. 30mg feels just as good as being natural unlike all of that crap.

212lbs. So about the SD i spoke too soon and apologize for jumping the gun. I strongly suspect its underdosed since i am handling 30mg quite well but cant say for sure. I am not confident enough to bad mouth fusion supplements methdrol further. I felt literally nothing the first 2 weeks. Its been underwhelming but that may be because 40 days of msten and trest treated me so well. So all I will say is that I am taking 30mg with very minimal sides.

I constantly get calf pumps and cramps. I occasionally get them in my lack-of-abs and forearms as well.

I havent felt nausea as long as i space my doses 8hrs apart.

Ive been out of breath. May bump my 200mg of coq10 up to 400mg.

Getting heavier faster and really veiny ive had a few people point it out already.

General appearance. I honestly havent taken the time to analyze myself in the mirror. The chick im seeing is all over me and the dudes at the hot tub party made a big deal out of my body but yeah. Ive been mutating for 10 weeks. The trest is a huge part of that. Basically its steadily improving but nothing drastic the past 2 weeks ish.

10 days or so to go. Had some short lighter workouts to reset myself the last few days but ill be pushing hard now to make it count. Kinda curious to see post pct as well.

man that trest on feeling is hard to outrun it could be, that you are just not feeling the SD do that very thing. also you could be handling it well like some of the lucky ones. I never had an issue running sdrol at 30 either. of course I never ran it longer than 6 weeks either.

Could be. M1a at 40mg was a mindfuck. First couple times on msten 20-25mg made me sick. Could be ive built a tolerance to poisoning myself. SD is similar to msten i believe. Maybe i just handle it well yes.

Maybe people getting sick on 30 just overhyped me. My only previous experience was 10mg preworkout a couple weeks from my buddys leftovers and thats fuckall.

Overall just cant call it bunk at this point. Wouldn't be fair to the company if im not 100% sure. I will not be buying it again unless i somehow see some crazy changes in the last 10 days thought. Had more fun with other compounds and i was more sure of myself.

210lbs. Starting to see progress daily again. Im really happy with my leg progress this cycle.

Feeling good. Moved HCG to 500 every 4 days instead of 5. Felt needed for appearances sake.

30mg var and 10mg sd 3x a day every 8 hours seems to be the sweet spot for me. Not a fan of stacking crazy doses but even my piss isnt dark so whatever actual dose this is it seems to be fine. With that said, i wouldnt recommend these. If either of those were pharma grade im sure i wouldnt be able to stack them.

Ill do a final summary of my dosages when im done in a little over a week so its all in 1 post instead of scattered over 100 posts. Before and after pics as well.

Ill also do a pct follow up to see how much i keep and how i bounce back after 12 weeks of being suppressed. Standard PCT. I think ill go with 40/40/20/20 nolva. Got some clomid too but whatever.

Edit: No strength gains since I started SD. I transformed better the first and last month of this cycle but when it comes to performance the 2nd month was best for me. Trest/epiandro/11keto. Strong DS make it hard for me to focus. My most savage deadlifts are always when im on no supplements. Alot of its mental state.

208.8lbs. I should note that my weight is always first thing in the AM before breakfast/water.

Another good leg workout. Not even getting those weird head vibes after taking the orals. Fully used to them. Slightly lethargic. 700 HCG today. Probably gonna do 700-1000 wed/thurs ish 4 days before the end. Just about that much left in the bottle.

When i started this my squat was weak af. I avoided them because i feared another hernia but quarantine forced me to get back into it without fancy leg machines from the gym. 3x 6 reps was about all i would do at 225. Now im doing 295 5x 10 no problemo. And it shows. When i have a pump i have veins spidering across my entire quads. Just shadow veins but still visible and that feels like an accomplishment for my level. As youve all seen im not lean by any means. Never thought id get leg veins. Wish id measured my legs pre-cycle. They look much bigger now. Chick even says theyre too beefy for reverse cowgirl. Makes up for my weak ass deadlifts this entire cycle.

Ive decided to go all out one last time thursday and ordered an ice cream cake for my birthday. Definitively gonna have an 8" pizza to myself too. Better now then during pct.

Most guys worried about being substantially leaner than that either have always had abs and will never even see 200lbs, or are real bodybuilders with dysmorphia so severe the only time they feel lean is 4 weeks out from contest lol.

To the average person definitively. I don't remember the last time I had a conversation that didnt immediately deviate to my body lol. Im hard on myself and stay modest since im just an amateur compared to most guys on here. Im pretty happy with myself. Pretty sure ill be going down to 200ish before long if this covid19 lockdown lasts through the summer at my work. Were fired if we leave town. This cycles gotten me to my ideal baseline and maintaining it should be easy.

And while im posting... 208.0lbs yesterday was rest day so probably less hydrated. Currently killing deadlifts. Rest between squats and deads is something i should of stuck to the entire cycle. Oh well.

Libido is down to what it would be on week 7ish of an andro cycle for me. Down not gone. And im at week 12 of a way harsher cycle. Success in my books. Cialis on sex nights theres been 0 issues at all. Such a pleasant cycle.

Its hard to explain but todays 1/2 inch hcg pin definitively penetrated the abdominal muscles. I felt the sting and it pushed back as i injected. It was about 1.5" right of my belly button. At first I was like wtf ouch. Then i was like.... sweet. Only a half inch of skin and chub left😁

Nothing much to update. Just riding the last days out. My temper is pretty short i guess. Thats about all. No sides. Took my last hcg shot today at 1000iu. Ai. Ill do another small dose of ai on my last day in 3 days or so i think.

Are you pinning subq at an angle or hitting 90* from the surface like an IM shot? If you are plunging that dead on, try turning it almost sideways and slipping it under the skin. I’m fat AF and I still do all my subq like that.

Today is PCT day 1. 213lbs. I went off track for my birthday weekend the last few days so weight spiked a bit. Anyway heres my summary to be followed up by a post pct update in a month. Note that this entire cycle was done with a bowflex, a barbell, an ez curl bar, chin up bar, dip station and two adjustable dumbbells. Straight up covid19 quarantine cycle. Strenght went up great on my squat i added 120lbs. Bench went up from a 265 5x decline to 275 5x flat. Deadlift didnt improve. ohp went up 20lbs from 125lbs to 145 on a 10rep. Aux movements went up on reps alot. 8 dips turned into 20. Curling 95 for 10 could be done for 15 reps. Etc. Quarantine weight and equipment limitations. Most strenght gains were done on the 2nd month with just epiandro and trest.

Started off at 214 and now at 213. Truly a recomp. Felt good the entire cycle and would recommend it so far. My doses varied a bit from OP so heres a summary if the threads TLDR. Day 1 was march 2. Last day was june 1. 90 days is a bit more than 12 weeks.

TD Trest - loved this stuff. Stuck to 30mg the entire run but will never run a non pin cycle without this again. Id probably try for 48mg ish next rime. 5 bottles over 3 months.

Msten - actually ran this for 40 days. 22.5 first 4 then ramped it up to near 30mg the last couple weeks. Total of 2 bottles of nanodrol. Awesome stuff as always.

Epiandro - Ran at 500mg pwo from day 41 to day 55. 1000mg to finish the bottle from day 55 to 60. Got some good PRs with this.

11kt - didnt notice much with all the other stuff i was on. I leaned out good but cant give it credit. Ran it at 1.25ml from day 41 to day 60.

Methdrol(SD) - Ran it at 20mg day 60 to 65. Ramped up to 30mg. Somehow finished the entire bottle by day 90. It had 90 10mg caps. I was underwhelmed by this. Didnt transform that much. Sides were not harsh. Might be under dosed. I did get shin pumps so its not like it was complete bunk. Maybe I just handle SD well. Either way. Something about it was anabolic and it did not give me much side effects. Take what you want from that. I know a noobie who did his first cycle with this against my advice and was nauseous and depressed the entire time. Fusion was always good to me but i will NOT buy Methdrol again. I would choose msten or m1a from fusion before i tried this again. But I will probably stick with board sponsors as such as PRE as their stuff was amazing.

Anavar - i did not plan to run this but stacked it with Methdrol due to concerns it was bunk. Consumed 200 10mg pills from say 67ish to day 90. Did roughly 90mg the entire time but had some 60mg days around week 10 due to shipping being slow. The brand I use is okay from a canadian UGL. Cant post it due to rules. Its not pharma since i took it at 90 with SD and my piss didnt turn amber but it works.

Hcg - starting week 3 i took 500iu every 5 days. Slin pins. Subq abdomen injections. Second to last pin was closer to 700. Last pin 1000. This stuff isnt scary. Subq pins are easy. Go for it sarm/ph folks.

Caber - 0.25mg E3D. Random protocol but kept gyno and sides at bay. Note ive never had gyno.

Aromasin - same as caber but 12.5mg e3d.

Geranamine/dmaa - e3d on leg days

Albuterol - pwo on non dmaa days

Support supps are in OP and were followed properly


In general i experienced next to no sides this cycle. Nuts were a little more shy the last week or so. Few muscle cramps. Aggression. Nothing crazy.

I am happy with the results. Ill be attaching some before/afters.

If you have any questions hit me up. I had a great cycle and now cant wait to get back to normal(will keep you all posted). I hope one day someone is searching for info on this stuff and this thread helps somebody out. Adding knowledge to AM was my main goal but a huge shoutout to regular posters who kept me motivated through this. You know who you are. Thank you so much.

Yes. Pre. They dont ship to us so you gotta find someone going to the states and ship it to their hotel a couple days in advance and have them haul it back. Kind of a pain but worth it.t

@Hyde was right. 12 weeks shutdown is a lot harsher than a 8 week andro shutdown. Sadness/anger/general pmsing bitch emotions are strong. Oh well lol. If that scares you then maybe 10 weeks would be better.

It will get better. At least you aren’t on Clomid; that will really make you PMS. Find a good book to read while you don’t have any interest in women.

Man i know. I would of never dared go past 8 weeks. The cycle was actually fun but otherwise id be dying inside and counting down til the end lol.

Thanks! I actually chose nolva for that reason. I only have clomid on hand because i jumped on the serm on cycle bandwagon which obviously didnt work.

Surprisingly sex life is unaffected. Being away from home for almost 4 months with 2 more to go might be getting to me. Its all manageable just shitty. Pretty confident ill bounce back good just gotta get through the next two weeks without raiding my sugar free Reeses and Nutella.

Give that **** to a close buddy, and don’t let them give it to you until X date or you get on your knees and beg for it. Guarantee you won’t be doing that

Recovering well. Maintaining around 209. Thats the best part about a recomp you dont lose much progress during pct.

I am so fucking sore being back in the gym. 0 test doesnt help obviously but **** did i ever miss cable exercises.

Feeling much better. Sexual stuff is pretty much normal already. Just missing the thirsty mindset but should be back within s couple weeks.

Hey all,

Finished PCT today at 205.3 lbs. Didnt work out the last 9 days due to taking an intense industral rope climbing course which crippled me daily. Ate out alot and had drinks at least 3 times celebrating promotions and whatnot. Got a body scan today. Final result i gained 1 pound of muscle and went down from 17.5bf to 11.9bf. Super happy with this. I no longer look like an intimidating beefcake with a shirt on but thats okay. In the future i can try to bulk up again with a good baseline. I know some are sceptical about inbodyscans but if not accurate they are consistent. Random selfie with humor. Havent taken progress pics in a while due to traveling all over the place.

My original goal when i started lifting was 15% and i blew right past it. Thank you all for following along. To future readers, i highly recommend this path. Sex and whatnot is pretty much all recovered. The last 5% usually takes a few more weeks. Cheers :)
