2nd time it happened that some brilliant genius asks me in the gym "duude, why do you keep squatting - you always walk funny afterwards?"!
I say cause i need to grow some muscles and they look at me like I'M nuts! I may be nuts but I'm right - you wanna grow muscles, you just gotta squat!

Day 2 - Biceps (n some lats...yeah I know I did back yesterday, but I save pull downs and pull ups to do with biceps....it works for me)

Freakyier and freakyier! I did not know I had a fat vein running down my left bicep until today - it just popped up! There's usually quite a noticable lack of pumped up veinage in my left arm, but not today! Freaky awesome feeling!

So this is how it went; everything controlled and annoyingly slow.

Neutral grip pull downs. 120x10. 160x10. 220x10. 180x15

Pull ups - mixed it up on the grip - 5x5

Hammer plate loaded precherz. 45x15. 90x15. 135x10. 90x25

Straight bar drag curls. 135 for 3 sets of 10

DB hammer curls. 35x10. 50x10. 70x5 dropped to 45x10

Ez bar cable curls. 1 drop set - 72.2, 50, 30 x25 each

Then me n my pumped up arms went home!
Veins!!!!

I only got left one more workout on this not a log when I get home - probably thursday - to REALLY push this pump thing to the max. I'm hoping to do chesticles 10x10 style. 3-5 exercises. Should be fun!

Day 5 - Chest
What a day! Did speed reps on everything - nothing heavy and all full range and controlled. Walked away with a pumped chest and rock hard tris!

This was the insanity:
Hammer flat press. Up to 3pps. 10x10
Hammer decline press. Up to 3pps. 10x10
Hammer incline press. Up to 3pps. 10x10
PecDec 5x10. 220 and down
Dips. 5x10
Machine chest press finisher. 2x25

Crazeeeee pump! I'm liking this stuff!
 
Final review.
Straight up - this stuff works! A blast of a pump! I KNOW that there are actual benifits in muscular development, because I am more sore and for longer, post workout. I would run this 3 months straight (5 on 2 off) and expect serious improvement in strength and appearance. Solid product.
