Tank Running OL/OL UK Andros and Stuff (unsponsored)

Tons....have about 1 1/2 - 2 lbs every night. I'm getting in about 2000 or so cals a day with over 200g of protein and enough fat for energy.

IMO if I were you I would kick the protein shakes down to 3 a day maximum. Pick up the chicken 1.5 lbs if you can handle it.
 
Btw - it's the first day since I started this run that the lethargy was gone. Don't know if my body adapted (is that even possible?) or it's because I upped the Sup3r Dhea......but either way, it's MUCH easier to function now

, I got that when I was running 4 andro and dmaa best pre-workout that feeling really sucks.

I will eventually slowly up the solid food. I'm just trying to cut as strictly as possible for a little, which is much easier for me when I stick with one meal

This will work. Make sure you are drinking a lot of water. I did the 6 protein shakes a day and around week 3 my liver was jacking with me some. Once I moved to 2 gallons of water a day I started feeling better and less lethargic.

I'd say I'm doing between 1 1/2 to 2 gallons a day. It's a full time job and really inconvenient at times but definitely worth it!
 
Day 10 - 251.1lbs
Dropped about a lb since yesterday. I used to weigh in once a week which was MUCH easier on my nerves......but I guess these daily weigh ins will keep me stricter on my diet.....
Heading out to do cardio. Later I get to do biceps and some more pull ups just for fun - gotta keep on doing them till I get it right. Maybe various hand positions on pull downs also.
Food today besides protein and coconut oil shakes - grilled beef (haven't yet decided what kind) and spicey broccoli/cauliflower mix.

Got done with a solid bicep session.

Hammer Precherz including super slow and heavy negatives

Rope cable curlz

Forearm work

Threw in some pull ups and tons of pull downs.

All movements ended with a drop set from he11!

Bis are plum woreout, but the pump feels great!

One of them days that drives me absolutely NUTS! I haven't cheated, I haven't missed a workout - and my weight "fluctuated up" 3 frikin lbs - logically I know it's all cool and will hopefully drop down within a day or so - but it still drives me nuts!

Ok. Did my cardio. Worked some. Heading out to the gym to do some chest.

Upping water intake today - counterintuitive, but it helps get rid of water. Gonna watch my sodium intake.

Protein and coconut oil shakes all day and chicken with greens this evening.

I think you are fine. your a big man and 3lbs. is nothing to worry about. Heck I can do that in 6 hrs. and I'm a wee man compared to you!

I hear ya! luckily I'm getting ready to start my winter recomp. or should I say it usually turns into a bulk this time of year. stepped on a scale at the gym on Monday and I'm down to 200.7lb. The lightest I have been in awhile. Diet has been hit or miss and mostly due to all the high rep crap I have been doing for the last 4 + months because my shoulder is jacked. but gettin better.
 
Little **** like that bugs me as well. Good thing dem dere mirrors never lie...lol

Yeah, i know I'm on track..... but it gets to me sometimes. I actually put on a smaller tshirt to work out to prove to myself that I could - what a baby! Lmfao

Great dedication brother. I know my will power is weak this time of year. To many women in my family that can cook. We have 3 thanksgiving meals spread out over 3 weekends starting this Sat. And the same for Christmas. large family all within 100 miles of each other. and the women hear at work are ruthless this time of year with all the goodies!
 
Did chesticles today - but pushed the reps more than the weights.
Did Hammer press/incline/decline (about 5x10 each)

Thankfully weight dropped again after yesterday's hiccup - I was just gonna switch to weekly weigh ins if the scale continued to drive me nuts.

Did my pre weekend food prep last night so I don't get tempted by the delicious stuff everyone elses is eating - 12 chicken legs, slab of salmon, a trout. All spiced, broiled, and ready to eat. Add greens and I'm g2g. Only 1-3 shakes a day on weekends.

Heading out to do cardio. Later gonna gym on some light skwatz n dedz. Maybe some pull ups. Some precherz too. Why not.

I don't know about that. always trying to help! doesn't always do any good but we all need a 2nd opinion form the outside looking in and past experiences.

you are more than 10 days in. it will get smoother and not require as much will power!

Got rid of 14 lbs of bloat so far mainly from just straightening out my diet. I hope some of at least was fat...
Only side effects was serious lethargy, which I thankfully got rid of for the most part by tweaking some dosages.

I don't think anything really kicked in yet so if the sides continue to behave I will probably raise the 1Andro in a week or so. No rush.
I posted up pics at the beginning, and if I see even the slightest difference by the 4 week mark, I will post up then. If not i will post up at the end of the cycle...

I'm taking 2 caps after every workout. As of now I have no opinion on any of the list - i don't think anything really kicked in yet....
At the end of week 2 beginning week 3. Either been at 330 or 440mg 1AD. No change. Just added the 4AD at 220mg for now and lethargy is gone... actually pretty buzzed all the time now. No change in scale or look, but my endurance for cardio seems up a bit. I wonder if the bigger the person the bigger the dose as long as sides are controlled...

The 1-AD kicked in late in the cycle for me. Then, strength shot up really good. Give it some time.
 
I keep it under the tongue till i can't take ot anymore. It's working for me so I'm gonna roll with it. I have other stuff in the second half of my cycle anyway that will combat lethargy

Put pop rocks under your tongue with it. Better sublingual absorption and better taste

Can't fully shave. Use the beard trimmer to keep the bush thinned out. Shave the meat smooth. Shave it all and it gets ichey, nothing like scratching yourself in front of a customer!
