Thankfully and gloriously made it to the gym today! Full of idiots - but just ignored everyone mostly and went to work.
Decided on delts, pecs, and tris.
Delts - seated presses. Endless sets of 5. In front and behind the neck. At least 20.
Pecs - hammer decline. Endless sets of 5. At least 20.
Tris - bb oh ext. Cable oh ext. Bar pd. Ch press machine. Rope pd. Abot 35 sets total.
And sore/done!
It was good to be back! Hope to do back/traps tomorrow.

Some endless calf work
Tomorrow is the last workout on this bottle; then the weigh in!

Day 27 - last weigh in before my cheat meal. 240.3lbs.
Had an awesome freakin workout today - took my 2 Thermo as a pwo and just didn't wanna leave the gym. If I didn't have to work I would've stayed another hour!
Did pull downs, pullups, and pecdec.
Moved onto the Hammer precher curl machine and just worked - heavy /light/hi rep/lo rep/ drop sets/ negatives, static holds ..... I'd say at least 40 sets total.
Then straight bar cable curlz, rope cable curlz, preacher cable curlz..... What an awesome burn AND pump.
I really enjoyed burning out my bis.
Oh, and SFreed - in case you were worried about strength loss in pct; just finished my 7th week post cycle and I don't think I lost any; I think I actually awakened old muscle memory

Generally speaking I have been dosing 2 caps upon awakening. Takes about 15 - 25 minutes to kick in. Makes my whole morning more productive. Solid continuous and comfortable energy. Getting tons more done. I would take this just for the energy and focus.
As an added bonus, I've lost just under 6 lbs in the last 4 weeks; which is really amazing at this point in my weight loss journey. My appetite definitely has been much less annoying, and I've had much more energy during cardio and lifting.
I'm starting my 2nd bottle tomorrow which I bought on my own dime. Yeah, it's that good!
Will be posting up here once in a while just to keep myself on track.

Did straight and bent dedz, squats for 10x10, hammer rows and shrugs, and bent rows. Everything for higher weights n reps. So I voluntarily took a day off yesterday just to recover.
Today am back at it with chesticles.
Oh, and it's the last day of 8 weeks of pct!
What to do now......hmmmmm.....
I was looking at all the sales, when swmbo says to me that I got enough stuff stashed for 3 years of gainz.....a little exaggerated but close! She says - you wanna buy anything, first use up what you got or sell some off. What a novel idea!

I changed my Sup3r 19 (which apparently is never gonna ship) to Sup3r Epi. Right now, today, I'm thinking Epistane / Sup3r Epi. What are you leaning towards Tank999
It's either dermatr3st/lgd which makes me a little nervous because you constantly have to monitor the sides. Or a sarm heavy stack which I ran once successfully and no real sides - osta, sr, mk, with lgd on a 2 week head start, and r andro shred and some epi thrown in. It's called the kitchen sink stack.
Or maybe some sup3r dhea and......dunno

Love the hammer declines. Very little stress on the shoulder. Kind of tiered of doing them.Had a great chestazoid workout today. Was definitely worth taking the day off yesterday.

Hadn't done flyes and dips in a while. My shoulders cooperated and I got it done.
