Day 2
Took my 2 caps pwo - BIG MISTAKE! My workouts usually last between 30-40 minutes max. I never take more than 90seconds between sets and usually closer to 30. Well I'm working and working at my regular pace. Then I look at the clock and realize that I had been working for over 1 1/2 hours! I knew I was doing more work than usual but I hadn't realized how much because my energy was and still is so solid and steady. I know I'm gonna pay for it later but it was krazee kool!

Here's the basic workout besides all the other stuff i threw in.
Hadn't done squatz n dedz for a few because of issue so I kept them low - didn't go over 255lbs.
Squatz 5x5
Straight dedz 2x15
Reg dedz 2x15
Bent rows 2x15
Pecdec 5x10
Delt press machine 3x10
Db curlz 2x10
Tri push ups 2x15
Pulldowns 3x10 and 1x25
Db shrugs 2x10 super freaky slow
Etc, etc

Have I said lately how I'm loving this Thermo feeling? No jitters, great and lasting steady energy, and no sudden drop. What more could you want?!

Nice work! Never had the problem of time getting away from me at the gym before.
of course I go to the gym with my wife and she is always asking how much you got left.
Still think I'm going to pick up some of this stuff for my spring cut. (First cut ever)

As far as i can tell so far, you will definitely not be disappointed.
 
Day 3
Was supposed to be a day off from the gym, but I was feeling good - no doms or major soreness from yesterday's epic session - and recovery seems to be on point, so I headed to the gym for an unscheduled do whatever I want workout.

I did:
Seated bb presses. 5x5 front. 5x5 back
Hammer Precherz. 10x10
Hammer Declines. 5x5
3 sets of fatty pull ups
Close grip bench machine. 3x15
Rope tri press down. 3x10
Seated db hammer curlz. 3x10
Legz: just rehab stretching n stuff
Upright rows. 3x10

And done

The mask is only for public vids so my ex wife doesn't see me enjoying myself - it brings out the worst in her...which is quite scary...

If it wasn't so real it would be HILARIOUS! :)

I realize I have a serious image issue - it seems to me that I look almost the same that I looked at 485lbs....:(

Day 4

Diet and cardio still on track. Thermo still feeling great. Still didn't weigh myself but I'm comfortably halfway to my next belt hole since I started.

I've been on more or less full body workouts the last few weeks, but I decided to change it up today. Why? Because I can! :) I figure I have room to change things up as long as I hit every body part at least twice a week - which I've already done this week. Also - my delts and pecs were still sore from yesterday's session.

Anyhow...I just did back today; mainly upper back. Wherever possible I took weights I normally do for 6-8 and pushed for 10.

I did:
Machine pull downs - 5x10
Hammer shrugs - 5x10
Hammer rows - 5x10
Fatty pull ups - 3 sets
Bent rows - 5x10
Cable standing rows - 5x10
Straight arm press downs - 5x10

And that was it.
It was enough!

I love your choice for a diet. That is definitely something I could stick to!

Old school - vince gironda. Worked back in the day and still works. The fat kills craving, the meat and eggs supposed to be great for t levels and it keeps blood readings healthy.

Day 5
Diet/ cardio on point. No hunger at all really just occasional cravings of course. That's keto on Thermo....

I probably won't be able to get a gym workout in until monday, (other than cardio, pushups, and isometrics) - which is not terrible as I've had a solid workout 5 out of the last 6 days - so I decided to do an all out arm workout. I could go crazeee cause I would have over 3 days to recuperate.

So I took my Thermo pwo and went to work. I got lost in the gym for about 2 hours just wandering doing every possible tri and bi exercise for sets of 10. I'd estimate about 40-50 sets for each. At least. Nuts! Boy oh boy are my arms sore!

I really pushed my personal limits trying for heavy weight on every movement.

I got to do that more often!

Day 6 - 244lbs
Solid 2lbs drop in 6 days. I did not have a cheat meal and bloat up pre diet, so this is real weight loss. To me this is fantastic, for my weight loss had really slowed after being on a cut for sooo long. If I get another 3-4lbs over the next 3 weeks it'll be wonderfull.

No gym workout till sunday (hopefully) but I did get in my cardio and stuff.

Oh and everyone at work wants to know why I'm so much more chilled out lately.....

I love keto and how it's melts away the fat but I crave carbs way too much

Officially on this diet you're supposed to carb up every 5 days - any carbs you want - I just can't bring myself to do it right now....maybe next week...

Doing my night job and the **** says "boys, i payed for the whole table - have a seat and eat"! First off - he's half my age and calling me boy. Then there's eating on the job - big no no. No choice; had some prime rib in some mushroom thing...thankfully work was over not too long later. Probably there was cornflour or sugar in the mushroom thing. Head swam from sufden carbs. Man - rich people food!

Got myself to the gym today against all odds...3 hours of sleep and all. Will write up after a nap!

Day 8 or week 2
I had to deal with some minor inconveniences today - little sleep and some carb stomach issues - but reading AM I see that most people are dealing with something and nevertheless are getting it done, so I got myself to the gym and miraculously pulled off a solid session. Thanks to will power, determination, and 2 caps of Thermo!

It's my 2nd week of 10 rep sets so everything was for 5x10
Machine pull downs
Hammer seated shrugs
Hammer delt presses
Hammer decline presses
Machine seated rows
Hammer precherz
Machine cable tri oh ext

And done!

No gym today but I managed to get in my cardio and about 100 pushups throughout the day.

So you buff and ripped folk won't appreciate this, but since high school I haven't gone below a 40-42 waist. So today - for the first time in DECADES - I fit into a size 38 waist! Freakin unreal!
