What other pwo supps have you used or use now
Not using any pwo now. I've used everything from jack3d original to Meso and Dust. I don't really NEED a stim pwo per say, but I definitely enjoy it when I use them.
What other pwo supps have you used or use now
I like the ingredient profile, interested in how effective it is.
In for some fat burner and the masked monster!

Day 2
Took my 2 caps pwo - BIG MISTAKE! My workouts usually last between 30-40 minutes max. I never take more than 90seconds between sets and usually closer to 30. Well I'm working and working at my regular pace. Then I look at the clock and realize that I had been working for over 1 1/2 hours! I knew I was doing more work than usual but I hadn't realized how much because my energy was and still is so solid and steady. I know I'm gonna pay for it later but it was krazee kool!
Here's the basic workout besides all the other stuff i threw in.
Hadn't done squatz n dedz for a few because of issue so I kept them low - didn't go over 255lbs.
Squatz 5x5
Straight dedz 2x15
Reg dedz 2x15
Bent rows 2x15
Pecdec 5x10
Delt press machine 3x10
Db curlz 2x10
Tri push ups 2x15
Pulldowns 3x10 and 1x25
Db shrugs 2x10 super freaky slow
Etc, etc
Have I said lately how I'm loving this Thermo feeling? No jitters, great and lasting steady energy, and no sudden drop. What more could you want?!

Was supposed to be a day off from the gym, but I was feeling good - no doms or major soreness from yesterday's epic session - and recovery seems to be on point, so I headed to the gym for an unscheduled do whatever I want workout.
I did:
Seated bb presses. 5x5 front. 5x5 back
Hammer Precherz. 10x10
Hammer Declines. 5x5
3 sets of fatty pull ups
Close grip bench machine. 3x15
Rope tri press down. 3x10
Seated db hammer curlz. 3x10
Legz: just rehab stretching n stuff
Upright rows. 3x10
And done

I love your choice for a diet. That is definitely something I could stick to!
Old school - vince gironda. Worked back in the day and still works. The fat kills craving, the meat and eggs supposed to be great for t levels and it keeps blood readings healthy.
Day 4
Diet and cardio still on track. Thermo still feeling great. Still didn't weigh myself but I'm comfortably halfway to my next belt hole since I started.
I've been on more or less full body workouts the last few weeks, but I decided to change it up today. Why? Because I can!I figure I have room to change things up as long as I hit every body part at least twice a week - which I've already done this week. Also - my delts and pecs were still sore from yesterday's session.
Anyhow...I just did back today; mainly upper back. Wherever possible I took weights I normally do for 6-8 and pushed for 10.
I did:
Machine pull downs - 5x10
Hammer shrugs - 5x10
Hammer rows - 5x10
Fatty pull ups - 3 sets
Bent rows - 5x10
Cable standing rows - 5x10
Straight arm press downs - 5x10
And that was it.
It was enough!

Officially on this diet you're supposed to carb up every 5 days - any carbs you want - I just can't bring myself to do it right now....maybe next week...

Day 9
No gym today but I managed to get in my cardio and about 100 pushups throughout the day.
So you buff and ripped folk won't appreciate this, but since high school I haven't gone below a 40-42 waist. So today - for the first time in DECADES - I fit into a size 38 waist! Freakin unreal!
