Can I ask about your implementation plan? I see you are about to go through and or waste a lot of supps if you plan to run a lot of this together. Do you have a plan on how to implement it so I can visualize the layout? I see you running 3 types of support supps on a cycle that really doesn't require much of anything so I wanted to ask why, what and how you intend to run all of these together to get the best out of them. If planned out well you will really not need much in the way of support supps and can save the others for the next cycle. For example if you run LGD when you are running the EPI Elite @ higher doses you should not need an AI for the LGD unless you are very gyno prone.

Had a great delt/ tri workout today. Did at least one set of super slooow for every excercise. I'm pumped and wore out!

OH push presses 10x10
Behind and front the neck presses 6x10
Hammer delt presses 6x10

Tri close grip machine press 5x10
OH tri ext machine 5x10
Cable v bar press downs 5x15...slow n painful

And that was that. Beginning to feel back in the groove....

The support supps are just there initially to keep my "beginning of cycle paranoia" in check. I've had REALLY bad experiences in the past, and this is how I deal with it. About 2 weeks in, when stuff starts kicking in more or less safely, I wean myself off some of the support supps.

Okay so it is a mental thing or seems that way. My opinion is that you don't need everything you have there. If you want to be very careful then run the Arim1care Pro when running the LDG, and the Primeval Cycle Support when running the Osta, that is unless you plan to run them at the same time which I would opt against. I would rather see you run a stronger and shorter run on each of them bridging into one another than running them at the same time with both at moderate doses. That way you know you are not dealing with competition over the androgen receptors. Secondly it will help you decipher which of the 2 gives you better results.

As far as the TUDCA, it is expensive and there is nothing you are running that justifies using it. Especially when you have liver support in both of the other products and nothing that is very liver toxic in the cycle. I would keep it for later with a stronger more toxic run, or just sell it and get some of your money back if you have no intentions of running any more methylated cycles.

May I ask what types of cycles you were running when you had the problems? These SARMS and DHEA type runs really do not require all of the support nonsense. The supplement companies sure do keep pushing them like they are NEEDED!!!!!! For most just keeping water intake to around 1.5 gallons a day will alleviate all of the sides with these products. Out of everything you have here LGD is the worst and it is not that bad at all. Worst thing about it is water gain / Estro management, and shut down.

Okay was just curios because a lot of people thought things like Dimethadrol, Epistane, Halodrol and the like were pro-hormones but they were not. They were methylated designer steroids, totally different and MUCH harder on the system. If the problems were with some of those I understand the worry but these DHEA and SARMS should not be any where near such an issue.

No real weight change today. Not gonna panic.....yet;)
Heading out to do my cardio. Fun day at the gym planned for later.
I realize that not everthing I take on cycle makes sense monetarily or exactly technically. But if in my experience, it works for me, and at least does no harm.....why not? Especially if it make me feel psychologically more comfortable.

Had a freakingly awesome workout....
Just bis, forearms, and fatty pull ups.
Moved in to the Hammer preacher machine and did 10x10 with some sets doing 15-20. Heaviest set was 120lbs x20. Bis felt shredded and pumped. Did a ton of dumbell and cable work. Did a bunch of fatty pullups and was done. It was a good one.

Subbed! Your Follidrone log from last year is what ended up being the final decider in adding it to my stack so I'm interested in seeing what happens with your current stack

There's absolutely nothing wrong with it, brother, so long as you don't crash your estrogen so low you lose the ability to sensitize your androgen receptors or can't get a boner.

Bad experiences will make you prepare. Plain and simple. Plus, there's nothing wrong with keeping e2 low so that you don't look grainy and badass like you're really on a damn cycle haha. Lastly, the feedback mechanism by which DHT and it's derivatives were thought to inhibit e2 is not something I would personally trust, but that's just me.

The only real, possible overkill is TUDCA. The sheer volume of compounds being shoved through the liver would make me say "it's never a bad idea" but my wallet would pull rank and say "there's nothing wrong with LiverAssist XT, and you aren't stacking methyls."

I take Himalaya LiverCare daily as a staple most of time, and arimacare pro has tudca in it anyway, so as soon as I feel "stable", the tudca gets put away.

Right on. I always figure that if it's something that worries you, most anything is worth it for a little while to put your nerves to rest. Don't want a bunch of unneeded cortisol spikes.
 
Day 5 - 253lbs
No weight change...hey, feeling good, working out, and eating right - everything dailed in and no bloat. It's still a daily win!

Heading out for cardio. Dedz n legz later. Ooh yeah!

Legz is still really rehab work, but it was a highly decent session, especially after dedz.
Did 6x10 romanians, 6x10 straight leg, and 10x10 rack squats - start each squat from the bottom of the rack, off the supports. As tough as all heck, but stayed at baby weights (225). Ended with some endless high rep calf work and done. A fun time was had by all.

Get to "cheat" on higher cals over the weekend as long as I stay in keto...

Stayed in keto..deep purple..over the weekend, but upped the cals and added variety.
I've since learned that when you eat eggs all week, and then in one cheat meal you have chicken, fish, beef, liver...even though you stay in keto, you bloat up like a hot air baloon! Was scary for a little till I realized why it was happening! I'm still up 2 lbs from my Friday weigh in, but that should be gone by tomorrow...hopefully.

Did my cardio, did some work, now heading out to the gym.

Oh, and I'm raising my epi andro from 500mg to 750mg today. I figure that by the time the lgd kicks in I should be at 1000mg a day. Should be fun!

Ok. Got rid of the weekend bloat thankfully, and can focus on losing real fat!

Radiate arrived yesterday, so I'm gonna try a halfa scoop in my intra and see what happens.....

Done did cardio early morning. Heading out to the gym.

Sweated up a storm in the gym today - thanks to hard work and a halfa scoop of Radiate! And no over stimmed feeling. So far I'm liking this stuff. Shout out to BEAST73 for the recommendation and FireTitan for the deal.

Heavy weights for good reps - slow mo again.
Hammer shrugs - 5x10
Hammer low row - 5x 10
Hammer rows - 5x15 (5 plates)
Pull downs - 3x10
Fatty Pull ups - 3x10
DB rows - 3x20

It was good work!

There is not a negative feedback loop where DHT and it's derivatives inhibit e2. The reason why DHT and it's derivatives limit the effects of e2 on your system is that DHT has a far higher affinity to the Androgen Receptors and when there is higher DHT levels then less estrogen can bind to the AR. However DHT does nothing to limit the actual amount of estrogen. Actually DHT is produced by the creation of estrogen. It is the 2nd by product of testosterone being aromatized. When test is aromatized it creates both estrogen and DHT. When running optimally they tend to balance each other out.

LDG kicks in the moment it enters your system just like any steroid does. It will take a week for you to see the cumulative changes but it starts working and kicks in immediately. The caps only have a 24-36 hour halflife so there really is not actual build up because it is pretty much gone by the end of 48 hours.

Rather than what the scale says, what does your body and clothing say? Are clothes fitting better that is the true test of what is going on sometimes because you can't always trust the scale it can only give you 1 piece of information, your weight.

What I mean is, I'm at the beginning of week 2ish and I pressed more weight today that I've done in a loooong time; and it felt light and controlled. Which is good no matter what the reason is .

Had a great lifting sesdion today. Did a Mccallum style set to start with. All reps were annoyingly slow and controlled. I felt/feel strong!:)

Hammer Shoulder press:
5x5 heavy. 10x10 lighter

BB press:
5x10 behind neck. 5x10 front neck

Tri oh ext: 3x15
Cg pushups: 3x15
V bar press downs 3x15

And I was good to go!
I'm still sticking to my mostly eggs and oil and fiber diet for a few more. I guess till the weekend. Then.....

I can feel the mood stuff and a little extra positive aggression in the same day for most things. I am very in tune to that aspect of it. There is just a slight shift in mindset that a lot of people attribute to hype or placebo. However with products that do not need any conversion to be effective you can and do begin experiencing their effects as soon as they bind to the AR which is pretty quickly once through the liver.

There is definitely a point where the physical side of it almost suddenly becomes evident. Like you experience with suddenly feeling stronger around that 2nd week because you have had two weeks of heightened adaptation and recovery accumulate and suddenly your are stronger and your CNS is bolstered for heavy lifting because that is also what androgens do...

Never seem to have a problem getting pumped in keto - as long as I put in the work....
 
Day 11 - 252.1lbs
Did my cardio this morning and worked some. Just got back from the gym. I felt a little weak yesterday evening...got a little nervous til I realized that my cals - especially fat cals - were way too low. I added in some healthy fat and I feel MUCH better!

Had a great day at the gym: mainly bis and forearms, and some fatty pullups. Did 140lbs negatives for sets on the hammer Precherz, then just repped out 2 handed and 1 handed down to 50lbs. About 25 total slow mo sets. Then I did rope hammer curlz and a buncha forearm work. Finished with 3x10 fatty pullups.
I was dunnnn!

I love lgd.....I really feel you get your bang for the buck. If I had to "consolidate" this cycle, I'd stick with the lgd for sure.

The Radiate works! A halfa scoop is definitely more than enough for me. I'm liking it for an intra with my bcaas.

Got to start planning food for next week; can't stay on an almost all egg diet for much longer.

So I'm gonna really try to stop focusing on weight so much - I've definitely lost noticeable fat and gotten stronger. I'm eating right and working my workouts, and feel good. So there! :)

Did 5x5 squats
Then I took my normal 5x5 weight for dedz, and did 3x15.....for dedz, straight leg dedz, and bent rows. That definitely represents a strength increase!
I finished off with hi rep calf sets and was done.
Gonna have some extra protein and fat over the weekend - more variety and slightly more cals.

Day 15 - no weigh in till friday....unless my ocd overwhelms me...:)

So I had a frigginly fantastic workout today! Just chestazoid, but the weights and reps were waaay beyond what I've been able to do the last while. For example: on decline Hammer press I took my 5x5 weight and did 6x15! And so on through the workout. I will not try to pinpoint which specific supp is responsible; it might the combo of all....but I'm a happy camper!

Did my 20 min cardio this morning of course.
At the gym:
Pecdec. 6 sets
Decline Hammer. 7 sets
Straight Hammer. 3 sets
Dips. 3 sets
Straight press machine. 3 sets

All sets 10-15 reps

And for post wo meal: keto chawclate peanut butta pancakes!

Oh, and I forgot my versa gripps at home and still managed a heavy and controlled workout, so my grip musta gotten stronger when I wasn't looking!:)

Definitely seeing some recomp and strength increase - and pants definitely fit better! But the big thing is that I repped out in shoulder presses behind my neck with 225lbs - haven't done that in a loooooong time!
