Tamoxifen

I'm using tamoxifen citrate for my pp/superdrol post cycle therapy. I got a 20mg/ml-60 ml vial of it and was wondering how I use it and what I should dose it at? I got a dropper for the lid , but there isnt any numbers to measure it with. Can someone help me out.

go to a pharmacy i.e. walgreens, cvs....etc and get a baby medicaine dropper with a unit of measure on it.
