Tamoxifen help

So I have been looking into tamoxifen to use as a serm for my PCT. It was recommended to me and read up on it and how basically it stops estrogen production and is mainly used in women with breast cancer. Now would any of you guys recomened tamoxifen and if so at what dosage for a 4 wk PCT, aaaand would you suggest using it during the PH cycle.
 
only use it after your cycle
