Today was quiet, maybe gonna hit a bike ride here in a bit, but it is still darn hot. Fed from 12-7, 2083 cals, (152 carbs, 192 protein [plus 24g bcaa], 84 fats). Things seem to be going well, tomorrow getting back to the iron.

Post Edit: Did get the bike ride in, 37 min, 4.89 miles, est burn of 324 cals.

Man it is blazing in NC I wouldn't even think about getting on my bike! Fricken choke on humidity just walking out the door!

Hit about 104 here yesterday, which is pretty extreme for NW Ohio. Fortunately, the humidity has only been about 60 %. It had cooled off to about 85 when we rode thank goodness, although I am not one to let heat stop me anyways, just increase fluids intake.

7/6/12 Day 3, wk 2 (75%)
10:10-11:20

Deads (No belt) 5x5@300

7/7/12 Day4, wk 2 (75%)

Tate Press 45's x10/10/10

The max DB the have is 100lbs here and I did not feel like loading up the hammer curl bar so I decided to do some pre-exhaustion with assisted Chin ups, I got to about bar to chin level, partner helped me get my chest to the bar 2 sets 6/4

BO DB Row 100X12/12. 12/12

Planks 5 sets with 40 sec hold, 20 sec rest.

I am really feeling that I have been keeping my strength and maybe getting even stronger in some movements. Very pleased with how this is going. Today is the last day of Recourse, will not be replacing that. As a reminder. Nolva is now at 40mg EOD.

Nice numbers on the past few training sessions bro. Keeping the gains...and making more!!

I like doing the bike rides and swimming too, especially with my kids. Breaks up the monotony of cardio. I hate treadmills.

Same here, although due to PAD, biking in some form is my main cardio venue. I like riding with the kids, but sometimes I just want me, the bike, the road and music and to be left alone with my thoughts. A great way to clear one's head.

Any ways, took the little man swimming again today, just an hour.

Fed from 12:30-8:30 2927 cals (226 carb, 249 protein [plus 30g bcaa], 103 fats) with an estimated burn of 4750.

that's true too. we have a nice park right by us with a small lake. it has a wide sidewalk around it which is about 1-2 miles around. In the day time it's way too packed but at night, the wife and I like to ride down there and make rounds. I turn on a tracking app on my phone and check how fast and far I go. only problem we've run into is that if we go too late we're riding through the sprinklers.

7/9/12 Day 1, wk 3 85%
5:35-6:35

Squat (Added and extra 5lbs. 345x5/5/5/5/4 (Got a little cheap in depth on sets 3 and 4 but took it to my max depth on last set, racked it for lack of a spotter, pleased overall.)

Power Cleans 5x5 @ 160 (Questioned if I was gonna hit all of these after set 1 but dug deep and got it done, "EXPLODE!"

Split Squat 3x6/6 with 35's

Hanging Leg Raise 30/20/15

Fed from 12-8:30, 3030 cals.(224 carbs, 245 protien [plus 30g bcaa), 128 fats) with estimated burn of 4050. Have been having some issues with night feeding about every other night with ravenous appetite, may bump iron day cals to 3400.

Beast numbers Tony :) amazing Cleans and Squats BTW. Now , you are in PCT don't be stressing yourself too much brother!! I support the idea of bumping kCals up, get a bit more carbs in brother and get some good rest too. Remember PCT is to recover, and after that beast mode push you did, your epic muscles need some love-time bro :)

nice cleans tony, I love doing oly lifts but now that I'm working out at home I can't do them. I refuse to drop the weight on the bedroom floor!

Thanks James, they really are a challenge. Less than half the weight I DL at, still kick's my butt!

7/10/12 Day 2, wk 3 (85%)
5:10-6:25

Bench 250x5/5/3/3/3 Not sure why I feel short here, but I think the last 5x5 at 85% Bench was all reps at 245, so not really a loss of strength, just not gonna bump this movement next cycle.

BW Dip -9/7/5 (Lot 3 reps from last week)

BO BB Row 245x8/8/8 (Think I am starting to get a little cheap on my angle here, may have to drop weight and rework these a bit)

Assisted PU Total Weight 233x5/4, 218x7

Close Grip Bench 185x9/7/6

Side Bends 3x12/12

Fed from 11:30-8:30, which is ok as I will be fasting till 1 or 2 tomorrow.
Did increase cals a bit today: 3355 cals (199 carbs, 244 protein [plus 36g bcaa], 164 fats) with an estimated burn of 4200.

Skipped cardio, gonna get it in before work tomorrow on my burn day.

Haven't popped in lately! Im liking the AVI man good deal! everything else is on point as usual...keep it up bro!

Thanks Greeny,

True to my word, I did roll out early and hit the cardio today: 28 minutes, random hills, 190 cals, all day burn. Plan on keeping it tight today,

7/12/12 Day 3, wk 3 (85%)
5:10-6:25

Deads 5x5 @345 (Added an extra 5 lbs because I already had hit 340 5x5 a few weeks back)

Front Squat 200x8, 230x5, 170x10 (Lightened up and focused on depth and reps on last set, the deads did not leave a lot in the tank frankly

RDL 3x8 @260

Behind Back BB Shrug 340 3x12

Fed from 12-8:30, 3324 cals (277 carbs, 221 protein [plus 36 g bcaa], 145 fats) with an estimated burn of 4050.

No evidence of losing any mass, maintaining strength gains, getting even stronger on some movements. Weighed in at 261.4 this morning, I am frankly ok with a bit of gain at this juncture. Hope to get back to 258 or over before this is done (Monday I think is last PCT day.)

Overslept for AM cardio, so we got it in after lifting.
7/13/12 Day 4, wk 4 (85%)
4:20-5:40 (Started with some light RC movements)

Standing OH BB Press (All reps to collarbone) 5x5 @170 (Hit all 25, used a little push from the hips to hit the last one, bumping these)

45 Deg Inc BB 85'sx10, 75'sx10/8 (Caught myself getting a little shallow with the 85's so I dropped weight for fuller ROM)

Tate Press 45's x12/8/8

BO DB Row @ 115 12/12, 11/11, 5/5 (Not sure what took my steam on that last set, had grip problems even with straps)

Cross Body Hammer Curl @45's 10/10, 10/10, 8/8

90Deg DB Preacher Iso Curl 25'sx10/10, 10/10

Hit the bike for 25 min of Random Hills, 188 cals.

3447 Cals (271 carbs, 224 protein {plus 18g bcaa], 158 fats) with an estimated burn of 4250.

Am very pleased with the way this has gone, have maintained and even built onto my cycle strength gains with minimal weight gain.

Recovery Day with some cardio. Hit about a 15 minute bike ride the was cut short by rain, tagged another 30 on later. Fed from 12-8, 1984 cals, (81 carbs, 191 protein, 95 fats). Taking last doses of Nolva and C20 Tomorrow.

Somehow got lost in the shuffle. Hi Tone!

Ok, this log is done with my last dose of erase pro this morning. Unfortunately, I broke my Iphone, so pics will not be possible. Over all I have been very happy with how this went: Maintained strength gains, added about 3 pounds (with a not so great diet discipline) but in PCT, I will take that, had some subtle increases in vascularity, so am happy with that. I would recommend this stack as part of some one's OTC portion of PCT along with your fav test booster.
