Talk about no luck

I decided last min to head to Long island to see my friend, I drag her to the gym which i used to belong to when i lived on LI a long time ago...... We go in, and i get hot, so i decide that I am going to open the back door to get some cool air,

I open it and stick my head outside and WHAMO get hit with the biggest block of ice, and i mean block, I saw stars, like daffy duck on a cartoon.......they are correct when they say the head bleeds alot........

I mean but really who the hell opens a door and gets hit with a block of ice, :blink:

I should wrap myself in a bubble,( LOL)
 
that had to hurt... and you are right head wounds do bleed and bleed and then bleed some more, I have had my share of head hits
 
Yup, I got smashed once and saw stars. Was actually kind of interesting once I got over the pain.
 
reminds me of the kid in "a christmas story" with the icicle in the eyeball. "you'll put your eye out........."
 
Owwww.... sorry your head hurts, talk about bad luck. I looked around for ice today at my gym (Powerhouse of course)... then I remembered its 70 degrees outside with like 90% humidity... :rolleyes:
 
Gotta love the south, lol.

What's funny is you just go blank for a second, and there is no pain, and then it hits. . . Ouch.
 
MY HEAD HURTS LIKE HELL!!!!!!!!! there isent enough aleve in the state of NY to get rid of this monster headache................All i can still say is Owwwwwwwwwwwieeeeeeeeeeeeeee
 
where did this block of ice come from? was some kid throwing ice balls or something? i remember one time i saw stars and while i was still seeing them i remember thinking "holy ****, you can actually see stars, i thought that was just in cartoons!!!"
 
No but i made an appt for mid march when i head back to LI to move some things down......

The block of ice was ( all i can gather) holding the back door shut and when i opened it to get the air , it dropped and hit me.........:(
 
Oh damn girl! I always say it comes in threes..the good news is it sounds like you're done with injuries.

If the pain continues for any length of time or if you get additional symptoms please go to the emergency room...not to scare you but these things can be serious.

What, you didn't see the sign posted above the door? I thought every gym had one :rolleyes: ...LOL.

Sorry to hear that WG. Sounds like you've got the same luck as I have. Basically, if you didn't have bad luck, then you'd have no luck at all. Hope you'r head gtes better soon. :sick:
 
Sorry to hear that, girl. Hope you feel better today. Oh, and don't even start about luck, Cuffs, because I'm "THE UNLUCKY ONE"
My GF checks on me regularly, make sure I'm still alive LOL (it's not funny)
