Taking HCG today - confused?

I am in week 5 of my 1st injectable 12 week cycle of Test E.
After noticing nut shrinkage, I have decided to add HCG during cycle.

I have read conflicting views. One says to take 5000 iu every 5th day for 10 days (Day 1, Day 5, Day 10), while the other says to take 250 iu 2x a week, starting 2nd week of the cycle

I bought 5000 iu of HCG. Shall I take all of it today and then 5000 iu again on Day 5 & Day 10, or do 250 2x a week for remainder of cycle? Perhaps "frontload" the HCG with 500 iu to kickstart?

After mixing the vial liquid in the powder, how do I know how many iu I am drawing in the syringe? I have a 5 ml syringe. How many iu will be in 1 ml of the mixture (powder + HCG)?
 
Ok I didnt get any responses and went what I thought is the safe route. Somebody please tell me it was ok to do this.

After mixing the liquid with the powder, I swirled the vial (mixture remained clear??). I estimated 20% of the solution by eyeballing it into the syringe. That gives me approx 1000 iu which I injected IM. I stored remainder solution in the fridge. How long is HCG good in the fridge after being re-constituted? Shall I now inject the remainder in roughly equal increments, say eod?
 
I usually just inject 100iu every day, 250iu twice to three times a week works too. 1000iu is wayyyyy too high. it will store in the fridge for quite awhile, like months.
 
neverstop, so after guesstimating 1000 iu that I injected today, I have about 4000 iu left in the mixture. How can I get only 250 iu out of that? Do I need to purchase bacteriostatic water or distilled water and add it in there? How many ml water would I need to add so that 1 ml of my final solution would be 250 iu HCG?

how much liquid was in the bottle that you mixed it with? i'm not exactly sure how you did this either. was the powder in an amp or in a vial as well
 
powder was in the vial. the chloride solution was in a 1 ml amp.

I am thinking of splitting the rest (approx 4000 iu) + split another 5000 iu amp over the next 2 weeks, break 1 month, and then take 10,000 iu over the last 2 weeks of my cycle prior to PCT. Thoughts?
