Yes, you can take creatine in conjunction with your protein shakes.

Depends what you mean by "results" - they are each better suited to be used at specific times, and will only aid you along with everything else re nutrition, training, and supplementation - with the emphasis on NUTRITION AND TRAINING.

What you have down is fine - creatine/preworkout for preworkout, immediately after training a postworkout shake (can include creatine, if splitting doses, but you do not need more than 5g of creatine daily, so if you get that in a preworkout product, then don't use again after). Amino acids, etc. you can use later in the day when necessary; fish oil I would have with meals.

what is considered and who makes a good post workout shake?

is 5grams like a max for daily intake? with too much creatine not being good?

is whey a good protein shake or do you suggest another type of protein?

anything else helpful i should know to complete this starting routine

thx bro for you insight!!

Try Lg Labs Postal.

They have a new superhero stack coming out:
Pre Workout- Anadraulic State GT & Anadraulic Pump
Intra/Post- Postal

LG also has a current Sale on BCAA's that I would look into.

Creatine Mono
BCAA's
Pre-Workout
Post-Workout
Whey Protein
Casein
And of course staples, Multi, Fish oil, ect.

No offense, you seem like me, a younger guy. Don't waste your time with test boosters or anything else of that matter. That list is all you need right there.

Oh, for protein wise, Nutrapro (On sale, 30$ for 5 Pounds) is amazing, Gold Standard isn't bad, and Dynamatize's Elite isn't too bad either.

Here to solve questions.

what is considered and who makes a good post workout shake? The whole Protein and Amino Acid Profile

is 5grams like a max for daily intake? with too much creatine not being good? Too much creatine, wont kill ya, 5-10g a day is max needed. Rest is waste.

is whey a good protein shake or do you suggest another type of protein?
Whey is great immediatley after a workout (within a half hour for best results), Casein is a slower digesting protein mostly taken at night.

anything else helpful i should know to complete this starting routine

Only if you have a proper PCT planned.

Post-workout products I recommend:
* Controlled Labs Golden Gains
* Muscle Pharm Recon
There are a lot more out there, though.

Re creatine, 5g daily is enough - you don't need more than that. Some people use up to 10g daily, but this is NOT necessary - once your muscle creatine threshold is reached, they canNOT be saturated further.

You can use whey shakes, or a shake that has a blend of proteins and carbohydrates, etc. I personally use one with everything in it.

Re anything else, I suggest that you spend some time reading and researching and educating yourself on different supplements, their mechanism, and uses, etc.

And, PS, NOT a "bro".
