Take on an empty stomach

So many supplements say "take on an empty stomach". If I stack this, this, this, and this, when the **** do I eat??!?

Creatine worries me alot in particular because you need to take it right after the workout, on empty, and wait 30 mins before eating or shake. Damn dont our bodies need the whey the most during that time????

What do I do? help!
 
Whey protein, in combination with simple carbohydrates post workout has been shown to secrete more insulin than whey alone, or carbs alone. Adding creatine would be most efficient.
