That's the best diet, see food diet haha. So far I got is 1scoop of oats, 1 scoop of protein powder, 2 cups of milk, and a scoop of maltodextrin. 633 cals about. High carbs, moderate protein, low fatsSame here. Just got off the "**** it I'm eating it" diet. Lol.
