Same here. Just got off the "**** it I'm eating it" diet. Lol.
That's the best diet, see food diet haha. So far I got is 1scoop of oats, 1 scoop of protein powder, 2 cups of milk, and a scoop of maltodextrin. 633 cals about. High carbs, moderate protein, low fats

**** yeah. Would be great for me come winter time. This year I'm dedicating my time to really getting better at hobbies and growing in life.

Going to do it right this year and see what happens.

Yeah I'm going on that long haul bulk, 1lb a month is my goal. Nice, hobbies outside of gym? Go for it Id say. I'm focusing on getting big this yeah, need to be pushing up by 180 at the end. Beyond that keeping grades in check and saving some money for future investments is an ongoing battle. Maybe I will work on my sleights as well.

Yeah it was for more volume on this keto diet. Most of the fats are coming from the beef so I didn't need anything with extra fats really. Going to get the additional fats via olive oil and what not anyways.

Just all hobbies in general. Get better in the gym, get better at school, get better at work, just get better in life in general. I know I said hobbies but, thinking about it now its really just that I turned 25 and I think it is time to grow up a little more ya know?

Man I love beef. I think it's the natural saltiness of the beef that makes it so good.

Haha why are you doing keto on DMZ, wouldn't you want as many carbs as possible to take advantage of the insane glycogen retention

Cause I hear DMZ is good for cutting recomp and bulk. I'm looking to shred the fat off.

This is true too. How's the keto diet making you feel. Some people say they get clouded minds for the first few weeks while transitioning
 
I like the Keto diet, but I want to experiment with high protein diets of 600grams of protein and above, with minimal carbs and fats.

I've been through this more than a couple times so it's not at all bad like it was the very first time.

Probably haha. Read up on it from an insulin cycle.
so basically a psmf without the calorie restriction? You'd def have to play with your sources to help with faster availability at certain times but I can't see why it wouldn't work. Only real issue I see is the hormonal problems very low fat can cause but this would take some time to show up. I'd be interested to see what you think/feel if you do run something like this for an extended period.
 
Diet has been on par the last couple days. Mhhmmmmm.

Day 2 of my PH cycle has been going well.

Getting my buddies old gaming computer cause he bought a new one.

Usually I take muscle fiber with my protein drink but I ran out of this one protein drink I was trying. Gotta get more!

Super workout today. Bench (for reps) is up almost 40lbs.

Massive pump, great focus. The **** is legit!!

Went for 275 on my own and **** I'm so glad I didn't try to go higher. Almost didn't get it up. So glad I did though it was the longest lift of my life! Lol.

Life has been so ****ing busy, it's almost over though. Graduation and my wedding. The dates are so close!!!

I fell off the Keto bandwagon BUT I didn't stop dieting!!!

I can't wait to show you all the before and afters!

I made a plan and I'm sticking with it and so far it's working!!!
