Today's workout.

PS Shame on me for not doing legs that much this summer. I felt like a weak mofo today, but that's my fault lol

Will get back on top of the leg game.

Workout:

Leg Press (had to make up for my weak ass on squats)

Calf Raises (in leg press machine)

Calf Raises (Barbell)

Leg Curls

Leg extensions

Then ABS with a buddy of mine that's going into the Navy SEALS.

It was a good workout all in all!

That leg day was pretty decent for not hitting them hard over summer. Especially with the higher reps. Leg day has to be my favorite day, moving a **** ton of weight compared to other days.

Funny about your friend going for navy seals, I have a buddy that is doing the same.

I have the same issue on my phone unless u just go to his YouTube channel the. It works fine.

That's a pretty awesome leg day if u ask me maybe weak by what ur used to but I will get back to normal in no time if u keep training them.

I was actually moving them leg presses pretty well.

I could of went up more but everyone else had all of the 45's :(

I already had 4 on each side and then I started adding on 35s and 25s lmao.

Haha I usually do but I needed to build up top so I took some leg time off.

Yah It had been like 4 months since I did legs haha.

Well cutting legs out entirely probably allowed for faster recovery and growth of top. Though that means you had symmetry issues of legs bigger than top? It seems to be the opposite most of the time lol like big chested no legs.

I hit legs today surprisingly not tightening up yet. Maybe the ep1c is helping
I'm sure that EP1C is helping you with the turn over haha.
 
Yeah me to we shall see tomorrow though. Congrats on the wedding btw those are a pain to plan took us a whole year and stuff still kept changing

I got it in the nutraplanet sale it's in 38 there right now. I grabbed 3 bottles. So far I don't notice a lot from it but this is my first week on it. I do thinks it's helping with my recovery time for sure. However it has multiple benefits. My friend took it and his cholesterol dropped a lot. He had dangerously high cholesterol from a genetic disorder. It's still bad but a lot better now than it was. I'll let u know if I notice any other changes as I get farther along. I'd def pick up a bottle or two though while the sale is still going.

Down to 172.8 this morning!!!

I might readjust on Monday so I don't lose that fast. We will see how well I am looking once we start THE1!!!

Agreed I used to do that adjust from hot to cold and back a few times when I was super sore.
For now I took some ibuprofen and did some body weight lunges at work lol

Heck no! I hate using an ice pack much less placing my body inside ice cold water!!! :O I'm more of a hot bath with Epsom salt! Lol

Bahahaha. If you are ever really sore, jump in a ice bath. My god it works wonders.
