Working great. See where ppl fail to understand is; we don't just eat JUNK 24/7. We have micros to hit just as well as macros. The 80/20 or 90/10 rule come into play, whether you can follow it is dictated completely on your will to. Some follow a typical bro diet and binge/cheat for an entire day. Where as I will fit in 200 kcal of icecream a night and not have it hurt my physique and keep me from having a "free"/cheat day of eating.
