should be more about the quality of the foods you eat foremost, not simply confining the quantity to basic cal intake and a general splitting up of random macro sources

I tend to agree with this. You can hit your macros with pop-tarts and hotdogs but body comp and general feeling of well-being will be greatly improved with brown rice and chicken breast. Just my 2-cents ;)

I should have been more specific haha. When I was cutting I had a spot on diet of clean foods.

I'll still have a majority of clean foods, just going to ease up a little bit this winter.

I agree but I thought you would recommend Oral in the morning and Trans for preworkout.

actually no.. the TD prep for trest releases slowly into the system that's why you can probably get away with once a day doses.. (I do morning after noon for the first couple days to reach saturation). the oral prep has a half life of about 40 mins.. so by taking it orally you are much more likely to "feel" it like people describe for pre work out.

Alright guys, so I need some advice.

Due to the fact that most of the people on this board are older than I am and have more life experience this question is more for you.

So lately I feel like I am in a big ole rut...

You would think I should be having the time of my life and in a way I am but I have a few concerns.

I have a house, I am finishing school, I am getting married, etc.

But I have not wanted to do any homework, I ****ing hate school (and feel it is pointless), work (don't even get me started with work), I have interviews with new companys and that should be exciting but I am sitting thinking, what is the ****ing point...

All I literally want to do is sit around, play video games, and workout. Lol, thats it haha.

I've been slacking in all other aspects of life (other than my future marriage) cause I love that girl to death. We are doing great, but ****, I don't know.

Not sure if I am depressed or what it is.

I feel like there is so much **** going on right now I don't even know what to do. Honestly I have been slacking on YouTube with my channel, my diet, its just makes me want to freak out sometimes (but I obviously wont do that).

I just got back from a vacation and I was doing great and then I feel like I fell into a slump again.

Its like stuff around me is flying by and I am just thinking, ahhhhh **** it anyways.

Maybe its because I watched my mom pass away and I knew exactly what she was thinking when she passed. She didn't give a **** about the money, the clothes, the cars, etc. She just wanted more time to spend with family and really live and enjoy life.

That and I think my medication for ADD isn't working well anymore lol, it used to help me get on point and get **** done and now I am like FUUUUUUCKKKKKKKKK IIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTTTT.

Ok rant over. What do you all think? Lol... I am sure some people will say I am depressed but I have no idea why, and I have no idea what to do about it.
 
This often happens after getting back from a great vacation. It should pass soon. Just have to refocus and remember what your long term goals are.

maybe you should sit out the next semester at school focus on finding a good job over the next few months and then reconsider all options..
look if you have a house, and a cool chick, that's half the battle. I know dem feels but srs... get your headon strait especially if your getting married.
get your ducks in a row and try hard as hell to manage your time better. I like to try and limit myself to an hr of fecking off per day and the rest of the time im trying to get stuff done or hangin with the fam.
 
BTW , yea its very common to get depressed when in post cycle. make sure your getting plenty of magnesium.

I'll go pick some up just in case.
 
also as the day gets shorter a little D3 might help bring up your mood as well
especially if all your doing is sitting on the couch gaming when your not perving on your girl or lifting weights

As a update guys, I bought a audio book and I have been listening to it all day, I am hoping I can use it to stay on track and get back to being focused!

Yeah man! Focus on the long term goals and dreams! Takes money to get them. And more money to enjoy them. But it's a long path to travel so enjoy the ride!!!

Just Got Some G8 Today.... Can't Wait To Try It!
