Very true. Friend said he's been having slight headaches so I told him to drink more water, he's probably dehydrated.
On a side note, I'm only going to do a weekly wrap up once a week because I'm literally talking to myself in this log so I might as well just post once a week from here on out and then post a final review with pictures.
P.S. - Starting fasted AM cardio with 3 scoops xtend + 2g l carnitine l tartrate before hand. Then going to have another gram of lclt before or after my workout later in the day. What dosing do you think I should do?
