T3

How long does it take for you thyroid to recover
from a 3-4 week cycle, ramped up and down at 25 and 50mcgs respectively?
roughly 10 days?

What would happen if I went on a week long drinking spree a week after
the cycle? Would there be a complete rebound effect? would it reduce my
thyroids natural ability to function the way it used to?

I've seen some people recommend PCT and some not. Do you think it helps?
what would it be? Gugglesterones? @ what dose?

Thx

why would you even think of using T3 when your diet obviously is not in check at all? and don't try to tell me it is because your diet sucks ass if it includes a week long bender

very insightful

My diet is in check. My friend just finished a cycle and we are going away to Mexico in a week. He gave up drinking for the past 3 months, but it's going to be nearly impossible in Mexico and it is kinda his reward.

thats the problem. His cycle concluded last Friday. I'm basically
just looking for ways to expediate his thyroid recovery,
until it is functioning at a normal level again. I dont want him to do any
permanent damage. Tis why I asked how long it takes until the tyroid is
functioning normally again.

I realize this is dependant on the dose and the person but I was wondering if
anyone had done bloodwork and could give me a rough estimate.

..and also if drinking a week - 10 days later will just have a rebound effect
or if it will do permenant damage.

its my understanding that his thyroid should rebound fairly quickly within 5-10 days .. i highly doubt he will do any permanent damage

What's the point of even taking the T3 if you are going to drink heavily for a week? Not only the calroies in a drink, but it also considerably slows down your metabolism.

He's "bigger" and wants to look good for the trip. He's never been able to take off his shirt and go swimming. Very self-conscious.
thanks for your concern

If he's that self-conscious he should consider a life-style change...t3 won't solve the problem in the long run.
