T3/Clen and muscle cramps

So I have taken t3 and clen in the past along with cycles of AAS and have never had this problem. I am just starting a new cycle of t3 and clen. I will run two weeks on two weeks off for a total of 12 weeks. Ok so I am into my third day and I am only taking 25mcgs of t3 and 50 of clen, and I have been getting the worst muscle cramps. I know it is because I just started a new workout program and a new job. Doing home theatre installs and it gets tough especially in AZ working in attics and outside all day. But I am trying to find someway to help get these cramps under control. I mainly get them in my biceps and calves but have even gotten them in abs on a few occasions. My diet is currently awesome. I have egg white with oatmeal in morning, 3 hours later high protein low carb shake, lunch is either tuna or white chicken breast, 6 ounces, 3 hours later another shake, dinner is either steak or chicken with veggies, and another shake 3 hours later. I workout first thing in the morning, and take in a shake of 75g carbs and 35g of protein before workout and then again after workout. I started eatting a banana with breakfast the last two days and I drink at least a gallon of water a day, but I also sweat out a bunch while working and working out. I am just wondering if there is anything else anyone would suggest I take in order to help out with the muscle cramps/fatigue. By the way I workout 4 days a week with weights and 6 for cardio. I am currently 6'4" about 280 with about 24 to 26% bf. Any help would be awesome. Thanks

i havent personally tried this yet, but I will be running a clen cycle in about 3 weeks. I am going to be taking taurine, potassium, and posideon to help with the cramps because I am very prone to getting them as well. Also, try uping the water intake to around 1.5-2 gallons per day. Cramps are a biotch! sorry to hear this.

i took taurine 150mg daily and 40mEqs of potassium before bed time and I was fine. Make sure you also split your clen in doses of 20mcg spread througout the day (but before 6pm so you dont get insomnia) to get the most effect out of it.

i dont think this is true at all. clen has a half life of 36 hours. no reason to spread the doses out throughout the day. one dose when you first wake up should be just as effective

Those Taurine and potassium doses look too low. Taurine should be more at the 3-10 gms /day and potassium at 300mgs about 3-4 times per day.

FWIW, my rat suffered cramps no matter what. Poseiden was not out at the time, so I did not test this product, but potassium, Taurine, calcium, water, you name it, and I tried it.

Good luck!
