im using t bol for a finisher to a test e/c 15 week cycle and got 150 10mg pills and wanted to know if it would be more beneficial to run it the last 5 weeks at 40mg ED or the last 4 weeks at 50mg?
I used it precontest in a caloric deficit and it really cut me up. If your calories are high enough and clean you will definitely put on lean muscle. 40mg is the dose that a pro I know of currently runs with tbol. I tried doses as high as 100mg but 40mg felt best and gave great results.
