Yup hey does anyone know if synthroid HAS to be takin in the morning on an empty stomach? Or can I space dose thought day as long as I wait an hour after eating?

When dealing with thyroid one needs to evaluate the eating schedule is crucial.

Yep there are foods the stop the med form working good and if your on this you should get your Dr. to let you add 5 mcgs of T3 to tihs. I take my Synthroid when I wake up at about 4 to 5 am to go to the bath room and I am on 150 mcgs / day and 5 mcgs 3x's / day of T3 I am doing great on this. I have a link to a study saying how they found T4 only meds work great when you add T3 to them but I can't post a link here.
