synephrine isnt very popular for cut stacks, why?

Just curious....

I personally haven't seen fat loss from it.

But depends on why your using it.

Increases in ucp3 are nice. But we don't have much of that which is why rat models suck for it

Other applications may be glucose uptake.

But maybe it would be more effective if using this proposed protocol

In the group receiving 100 mg hesperidin in addition to the 50 mg p-synephrine plus 600 mg naringin, the RMR increased by 183 kcal

Is a pretty huge metabolism increase for a DSHEA compliant ingredient combination.

Yes sir

Isolating certain flavonoids can be expensive.

I found one that's a ppar delta agonist. Isolating hard and expensive

I've been using a chalcone of naringin

The fourth condition which combined Advantra Z (50 mg p-Synephrine), hesperidin 100 mg, and naringin 600 mg, resulted in a RMR increase of approximately 17.7 % in comparison to placebo (10). To put this into context, the combination of 70 mg caffeine and 24 mg ephedrine has been demonstrated to increase RMR 8% in comparison to placebo (11)

Looking around, Swanson's have all of these ingredients in bulk form, albeit the hesperidin and naringin are in 500mg caps. I wonder what protocol would need to be taken to illicit any weight loss effect.s

P-synephrine, which is the only naturally occurring form, has virtually no fat loss activity. It seems to work well for appetite suppression though

It's tough to say synephrine did this. Hesperidin has intrinsic RMR-elevating activity (Invalid Link Removed) and the magnitude of effect is about on par with traditional BAT stimulators in humans (100-200 cals). Naringin can obviously potentiate this effect as well. When you pair this study with the other ones on synephrine, it rapidly becomes clear that it's probably not synephrine that elevated RMR
