Goal: Weight of 170 lbs by the end of May from my bulk up to 192 in mid-January.

Lifestyle: College Senior

Diet: Allthewhey Whey Protein Blend, turkey breast, bananas, plain oatmeal, milk, ham steak, 1% milk, Activia, Chicken or Steak or Lean Burger, Mixed Vegetables or brown rice, and around 4 liters of water/day.

Training: 3-4 days of weight training (using doggcrapp exercise order, but thats it) - 4-6 reps for compound exercises. 3 days of (30-45 min) cardio including cross country (4-5 miles) or HIIT elliptical.

Other important info: No medications
 
Day 3

This log is starting day 3 of 45 days of use and I will try to log as much as possible but probably will only be 1 or 2 times per week.

Dosage: 1 cap, with no food for 1 hour.
Dosage time: 730am
Energy: Outside of training, my energy is not increased/decreased.
Mental focus/Motivation: Lack of motivation is not a factor for me, but I find myself completing daily tasks without even noticing.
Stamina: People think I am probably out of my mind during cardio sessions.
Appetite Suppression: I will not eat unless I remind myself to do it which is usually about every 3 hours. I have found that if I make myself eat then I can completely dominate whatever I am eating. Note: Small meals are key.
Weight: 181.6
Mood/Outlook: Mood is great when dealing with other people but this is not that much of a difference than normal.
Sides: High intolerance to stupidity, as with prohormones, self-control must be enstilled. I have about one occurence per day where I completely lose it but remove myself from the situation immediately or prior to take off. I am typically mild mannered.
Sleep: If I dont make myself go to sleep then I won't.

Recommendations: Take dosage as early as possible. I am a zombie in the morning so I woke up this morning took my dose and went back to sleep and woke up 9 am.
 
no1 is hundered percent one type, and ur not mesmo at 16% my suggestion (neva seen ur body) is more of 70endo 30 mesmo. mesmo usually dosent go above 11 and u being 16 at 180lb ur endow

I appreciate the advice, more or less they were a shot in the dark, I have corrected my info and will update later this evening.
 
Log looks good. Seems like you're getting all the great effects of SX already
 
Days 3-6

After a sprinting start with SX, I experienced a decrease in all of the seconday effects offered by SX. However, the appetite suppression remained at full force. This is the main effect of the supplement so I was not disappointed. My appetite was near bottom for all three days and I was never hungry. An important fact to note is that although hunger was completely suppressed, eating was not a difficult task.

Notes: Diet was on point for all three days. Stress was at a very low level. In my opinion, I believe stress is a catalyst to SX and amplifies the supplement. Placed a $2 bet on Mine that Bird and almost had a heart attack when I won.

Sides: Impatience with high stress environments.
Sleep: Sleeping is not the difficult part, but getting around to it is.

Notes: I am considering the option of moving to 2 doses per day due to the decrease in overall effects. Half doses would be ideal and I just threw out my capping kit and supplies.

Once again I read of diminishing results after dosing for a few days. Seems like most need 2 caps to find a sweet spot. But 45 caps..they should of squeezed out 60 caps for the consumer instead of skirting 15 and not making this last a full month for majority of users who will in fact need at least 2 caps a day.

The majority use 1 cap, not 2. The majority are females as well. The bodybuilding area is the smallest market SX sells in. Males, higher weight, etc often need 2. Its a premium product, nothing else like it. With that comes price, its expensive to make. Potentially as our cost comes down and R/D is recouped we will come out with an SX hardcore for the bodybuilding market that has more caps.

It would sure be nice if Steakhouses moved the Fillets to 12 ounces for the same price as a 12 ounce flank stake. :dunno: That way the little 6 ounce fillet would not leave me hungry. Quality over quantity right?

OR you standard "energy/fatloss" pill has about a month per bottle right? Well what if you want it to last 10-14 hours. You are taking one serving morning, one serving mid/late day. So your servings just got cut in half. Ripped Fuel was a great example. Sure its a month at once a day, most people I knew took morning and afternoon servings making a bottle last 15 days. Again in that perspective with SX lasting 12 hours per serving.......you've got a better value at 1 OR 2 caps per serving.

We could have made it last 6 hours, made it 60 caps and had a higher profit margin. Then at 2 caps once a day you would have a month. Or if you want all day 12 hours (2 servings)......15 days.

Slim Xtreme is a value for the duration and effect you get from it. Hands down nothing compares and after factoring in duration the price is right. Do some math and factor in lasting duration when figuring cost per serving. Then factor out the cost per hour for each supplement. We've done it here....you can guess the results when compared to its peer competition.
 
Day 8 (today)

Mental focus/Motivation: Focused at gym.
Stamina: Stamina was down for cardio, I have been doing cardio a few times a week for 3 months now and I was struggling today. I also noticed that by the end of weight sets I was out of breath. I was lifting very heavy though, but that is normal, so I don't know what to attribute this too.
Appetite Suppression: Significant decrease in appetite again.
Weight: 177.4 lbs.
Mood/Outlook: It has rained everyday for the past 5 days and they are calling for 6 more.
Sides: None
Sleep: Sleeping is not the difficult part, but getting around to it is.

Notes: I will not be moving to 2 caps. My protein intake is high so hopefully I can manage to fend of any muscle loss at the rate I am progressing, which I have a feeling will be inevitable. Although the other effects have subsided, the supplement is working very well as an appetite suppressant. I have a feeling that if I were to go to 2 caps that I would not get back the initial effects, but I would be cracked out.
 
In conclusion, SX worked for a sweet but short time. It is important to note that my final review was submitted 4 months after the log was ended and anabolic extreme may have improved their SX formula by now.
