Twists w 15lb ball

Then did 30min of cardio- run @8mph for 1min then walk 1min.. incline @ 4.5

Abs are showing - even some veins in there...

Does anyone know if this hardening effect from the win will be keepable? Assuming my diet and training are on point?
 
I would think when you get off the win it wouldnt be as prominent as it was on cycle, but should be for the majority still there? and post some pics up broski!

Your having hip drive issues it seems. You need more hamstring work. Glute Ham Raises would be nice to add on deadlift day and squat day for while.

my form has gotten progressively better over the last yr, but I still don't technically deadlift correctly... I kinda just rip it off the floor all back...

my sldl is right up there with my conventional LOL

I think it may all stem from having underdeveloped glutes/hams from the 4+ months I spent in the wheelchair after my accident.

but I'm working on it.... still trying to figure out how to do glute ham raises without t... he machine. I can't do it on the pulldown machine at my gym.. maybe ill just deadlift with a snatch grip to force my hips lower to the ground?

Yea you do, but i dont feel your thread is a place for form help. You understand it needs work and im sure ull fix it in time. Once you get it right, ull pop more and get more hip drive.
Try the seated calf raises machine for glute ham raises
 
Sry I've missed a few updates... no internet connection here, all I got is my Droid right now..

Had a 2+ hr deep tissue massage this morning, and I was told that my chest/front delts are way tight and need extra attention... I feel good tho

Slammed 20g bcaa and did some fasted sprints


Did a bit of a deload day in the gym, more or less a light fullbody high rep workout
Then did some abs
Hanging leg raise-4sets of 12
Wheel of death-4 sets of 12
Roman chairs- 2 sets of 20
Side crunches w 30lb Db 4 sets of 10

Tapering down win to 40mg ed till pct


Notes, vascularity is insane ... bodyfat is consistently dropping... the before and after pics are gunna be incredible... I personally cant believe ..the transformation my body has undergone in such a short period of time..

Libido is back w 3g daa, it has also brought the boys back to size(almost)

Tomorrow will be legs/arms

Did some bicep exercises and peaced.

Bodyfat % has changed drastically since ive implemented fasting.

My plan is to keep working out fasted for the rest of the cycle(5days) and then start eating heavy again in pct(not too heavy) - this should work rather nicely in pct to give my body the extra boost its gunna need.

Libido is up
Strength is up
Endurance is up
Mood is good

The daa has been helping a lot with the sides of running no test- doing it with vit e and sam e just before my morning w.o

Hdl ldl levels are prob all types of messed up- bloodwork to follow 1 mo after pct

It hurt so bad, but the pain is a very small price to pay for the amount of relief it brings

I'm going to start getting one on a bi-weekly basis


Today I worked out fasted, again... I find myself constantly checking the mirror because i didnt expect the type of results im seeing.

I'm beginning to see that winstrol works best (for me) with a high fat high Protien low carb diet

It is basically talking the product up, but it seem to be in the tribulus family of test boosters.
Nobody that I have seen, including myself has ever been impressed with tribulus, but there are plenty of good reviews about this product.
I stuck with Phyto-Serms 347 and had GREAT results, but that doesn't mean this product won't compare.

Honestly it is going to boil down to whether you body likes Bulbine Natalensis or a Tribulus type test boost.

You could always get both, but that would be expensive and then you wouldn't know which was which.

If it were me, I'd stick with the Phyto.

Prime is not a test booster, it is not suppressive. Its suppose to increase recovery and increase protein turnover. If i were to run it i would do the 6/9 version
