I do between 55-65g daily.

i should be hitting 45g but i got permission to lower it these last two weeks to stay full.

if libido or joints or anything feels effected, then i'm upping it again

Awesome workout! Especially for waking up at 5:30 and getting here at 6:45. Haven't done this in awhile but I was very motivated and in the zone. Really focused on contracting the muscle and i decided im gonna take an ego hit and drop weight on ecercises at this reversw diet and focus on form in order to fix my imbalances. That weighted dip PR was awesome too considering it was my 4th chest exercise. Very proud of myself. Supersize js a great pre btw. First this Blue raz is delish and second the pumps and focus arw superb. Becoming one of my favorites for upper body days.

Not cocaine feeling like stinula8 or stimaholic. But a good clean energy. No crash, 2 scoops keeps me focused for a solid 90-105 mins in the gym. The pumps are pretty ridiculous its my first time using Leucine Nitrate and its pretty nuts.

Reminds me a bit of Quake by Iron Flex with better pumps. Top 5 pre for me so far. Just hope I don't develop a tolerance. I'd say my top 5, no particular order are:

Considering I felt very unmotivated and didn't wanna workout this was one of my best workouts. Great hyper day. Great mind muscle connection. Great pump. Great energy and vibe. Didn't get to do bis so tomorrow I might do a short arm workout if I wake up refreshed. Overall workout 9/10... Cut down my cardio from 20 mins to 10 due to overall volume. SuperSize is legit!
 
Feeling good and motivated and its reverse diet start! So imma give SuperSize a beach workout lol bis and Tris Baby, only 45-60m though. I'll post how it goes!

SuperSize Update

Quickly becoming one of my favorite pre workouts. I've been having two scoops about 45 minutes prior. Imo, this was the perfect pre to come out of a stim break from as it's very smooth energy, and not crack powder. The pumps are insane, and the taste is exquisite. There's really not much more to say about it besides as of right now, I give it a 5/5. No tolerance has been built up, and I'm hoping there won't be!
 
Today I did pull, and yet again SuperSize didn't let me down. Was feeling pumped and hyooooooge after doing warm up bands. It was an amazing feeling. I'm typing up my final review as we speak.

I'll post it tomorrow, but tomorrow I'm trying two scoops on high volume leg day....

inb4 can't walk off the pump lol

Thanks again for the opportunity to beta test Super Size! I’ll be honest, I never heard of Athletic Xtreme prior to this promo. Upon doing some research about the product I decided to throw and app in. It’s an impressive formula as well.

Coming fresh off a stim break, I was excited to get back into the pre workout game. Super Size was a great one to come to! It offered everything you could want from a pre, clean energy, no jitters, amazing pumps, and so on:

Taste: 5/5

Delicious. Blue raspberry is one of my all time favorite for supplements, and AX nailed this one. 1 scoop in 4 oz of cold water, or 1.5-2 scoops in 6-8 oz of water is literally perfect. Mixability is also flawless for those of you who don’t want to use a shaker bottle.

Pumps: 5/5

Unreal pumps. Stupid pumps. Never used a Leucine nitrate formula before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Pull day was so much fun, veins everywhere in the biceps and got a couple “Bro, do you compete?” comments which is always nice

Focus: 4/5

Good focus, better energy. The mind muscle connection isn’t stellar, but gets the job done. Energy wise, it’s a smooth, clean energy, nothing overpowering, even at two scoops. Could be a little stronger, but it does the job.

Price/Dosing: 4/5

I found it to be best effective at 2 scoops, and I’m a smaller guy. So 45 servings really becomes 22.5 servings. A quick Google search and I find it for $27, so that’s not terrible. It’s a good product so I’d be willing to spend the coin. If one scoop does it for you, then you’re golden.

Would I recommend or Buy Again?: 5/5

Yes I would. I think it’s great for those fresh off a stim break or looking for something that’s less “stimmy.” Made that word up haha. But in all honesty it’s a great product and I think it makes upper body day that much more fun. Perhaps mixing it with half a scoop of a more powerful stim pre and this as the pump pre you would have an awesome combo on your hands. All in all, yes I would buy again, and yes I would recommend it to others. It’s a top 5 pre workout in my opinion.
