Gotta eat to grow, if non and workout are 500 different try bringing it up, can't hurt to give the car extra fuel on your day off to recharge the batteries.
 
yeah off days i have zero desire to eat, have to remind myself. post workout, 1k kcals to the face and want more

i'll probably wait until Breezy and I get started on his program
 
Well apparently recovery isn't an issue for me. Went in for squats with the intention of just seeing how I felt... Felt great on my first few warmup sets so I went for it. Ended up finishing with a new PR of 330lb (previous was 315). Failed twice on 335 but its not far off. I got stuck in the hole and just couldn't quite budge it. Rest of the day was just as beastly and finished off with an fst-7 set of leg presses with 360 for a nice burnout. Staggered out of the gym feeling like a boss ha.
 
He's dealing with some health issues as I recall he stated that in his log, so I'm assuming when everything gets resolved. No rush though, I'm not going anywhere lol

I don't follow his log so I wouldn't know.

Hiring a coach is the best thing to do if you plan on competing
 
nope don't plan on it. one of my new year's resolutions is to sign up for a show in 2016 made a bunch of goals for 2015, if anyone's interested

Growing, got to move up from a LW to a MW thats a 22 pound difference in cutoff. Wont happen overnight. too tall to be a LW
Both John meadows and Shelby Starnes told me this when i competed at nationals at my last show backstage.

i dunno tbh. i'm going to go with what Breezy suggests and offers and what will cater to me, but i would guess Physique first and BB when i add more mass. also depends on how much mass/muscle i can build with breezy this year. i really wanted to devote a full 12-18 months of gaining to see what kind of muscle i can build and then diet down. with his guidance i really think i can do some great things, but i'd be lying if i said i just wanna compete to "compete," i wanna win a show really bad. but really depends on the progress

as for my goals for 2015, here they are:

- Myokem Brand of the Year for Europa
- Have my market lead our team in sales
- Exceed expectations in 6/12 months
- Move out of my house
- Earn a larger role with Myokem
- Create my own supplement formula (got ideas, and currently testing them out on my friends... i'm excited for this lol, just would need Myokemist to hopefully approve and he's a tough cookie to crack lol his standards are very very high)
- Read a book related to business and self improvement, at least one per month
- Squat 375 lbs (+60 lbs)
- Deadlift 475 lbs (+60 lbs)
- Reach 165-170 lbs, sub 12% BF
- Sign up for a competition for 2016
- Don't get a girlfriend!

interesting, how tall are you Bob? if your bio is correct that is 5'7"? what weight did you compete at?

so a 5'5.5" guy could be fine in LW correct?

i am around 5'6, 5'7 on a good day
may be too tall depends on who you go against and what show you do. I did a national level show which has the best of the best and only 4 in america.
the guy who won my class was 5'2. Remember its about the illusion, not how strong you are, its how you look.

Cutoff for LW is 154 i came in right at 154 when i weighed in, and then i ate up to around 160 on stage

you gotta fill out that frame if you ever want to diet down brother. Gotta look big, thats the name of the game. presentation
posing is MUCH harder than you think and will gas you out .

This is 100% true.

I did 30min posing almost every day after training.
 
cut my thumb pretty bad last nighting slicing some steak for my mom and i.. right on the tip :(

good thing todays a back pump session, nothing extremely heavy and i'll just utilize a different grip. pretty bruised up though

Reminds me of a funny story, I had a customer almost take my thumb off once. Was on a delivery and she insisted opening the box while I was there to check it out, had me hold it while she sliced the tape with a steak knife, she fails miserably loses control and cuts half way through my thumb

Best part, she runs to get a cloth for the blood dripping on her floor and gets me nothing.

Back at work: " your shirt has blood on it you aren't presentable go home and change"

awesome secondary back workout. tuesday i won't be able to train so my heavier back day will be on Monday. today was short and sweet, and really hammered calves at the end too

Overall, i just feel so much stronger. i'm happy with how far i've come (up +17 lbs in 20 weeks) but i really want to get up to 165-170 eventually
 
Man I missed a lot today ha. Sweet goals swol. You've got a lot of work but some solid foundations to build from both personally and professionally.

Went in for bench 1rm today and just couldn't beat my previous pr. Worked up to 240 but just got stuck halfway all 3 tries. Rest of the workout went well and the. Went for sushi buffet and the hobbit this afternoon. Sucks having a big cheat meal in the middle of the day Cuz now I have all night to sit around and try not to eat anything awful and just blow the whole day. Gonna prob just have a shake later and lots of water since I'm thirsty as all hell from all the sodium ha. Felt so good tho. Had prob 9 plates and then dessert and soup. Love me some Chinese and sushi.

Tomorrow is deadlift 1rm and I WILL be crushing that pr. I'm hoping for +10lb if not more.

Ya I'm just gonna eat if/when I'm hungry as normal. Felt like I ate a ton but when I start adding it up in my head it's really nothing insane especially considering it was my only meal.

Movie was good but it did seem rushed in comparison to the others. Still very entertaining though.

your not even going to reach your caloric allotment you would normally eat.
 
this recomp stack has been phenomenal i will say. whatever bit of fat i've gained seems to be shedding with the exact same nutrition / diet

Magnitropin + TTA-500 1.5g + 75mg of Forskolin = gold

strength still climbing which i'm happy about too
 
You going to cycle off f95 or continue to keep using it?

i've only ran it for 4 weeks thus far, i think i'm seeing more TTA results than that since it's been so early. i noticed TTA's effects much quicker than F95 in the past as well. Magnitropin i love too

Might do an AlphaMax/Magnitropin/TTA stack, but we'll see. odds are i'll just go with just mag and go from there. i do have two bottles of AlphaMax and a bunch of ArA still lying around

9 plates off buffet Chinese food is way more then 2500 cals. The fat alone is prob that high ha. Then ice cream and deserts on top of that. No way I was under. Plus I eded up having a smoothie, cereal, oats, and cottage cheese anyways for my night meal.
