Swol and Boone's Quest To Get Hyooooge

Swol, tyga, anyone? Im dosing magnitropin 6 caps a day only on wokout days! I workout 4 on 1 off. Anyway im taking 3 caps roughly 4-5 hours before workout and the other 3 caps preworkout!

I'm not sure what you're asking. If you're asking if that dosing/protocol is fine, then yes.

I take 3 caps am and 3 caps 30min with 25g carb and my pre workout on lifting days
I take 2 caps 3x a day (am/lunch/pm) on "rest days"
No caps on Sunday's
 
Awesome session yesterday for chest and shoulders. I like this current set up better.. as having a day off after this day is pretty important for me since I feel like heavy "pushin" exercises really destroy my CNS. can deadlift and squat heavy for days, but when it comes to heavy db pushing my CNS get's fried lol

just going in for 30 minutes of cardio, that's if I don't freeze to death first in this -8 degree weather... didn't know NJ was located in Antarctica

- shooting for a heavier 10 > lighter 15 > light enough weight to get 10-12 explosive reps, slow on the eccentric

4x Incline Chest Press Machine
- Constant tension, after no more reps can be done, go to failure on the last two sets with partials

3x Triceps Seated OH DB Press > Close Grip Push Ups
 
It's warmed up to -4 with a -25 to -35 wind chill here. Schools are closed so kids don't freeze to death waiting for the bus or walking.

mine didn't even read a temp... it just said "ice". I was like no kidding.

Off day today. Needed a break as this whole week has been dog shiit and my CNS was just toast as of yesterday. Gonna go change outlets at my moms house for her and then probably go to bed early. 2015 blows thus far ha.

Going to. I go weekly averages as my weight fluctuates a lot. Going to increase 200 on workout days and 100 on rest days per breezys directions

i just asked him what he would recommend via diet right now, gave him all the info, and that's what he recommended

on a side note, slept till 7:45 for the first time in months. feels great haha i'm usually up at 6 whether i like it or not

I've had tserros before and yes it's great. Not gonna get a chance to go out again before I leave next weekend. Between packing and other move prep I'm gonna be swamped. Still don't even have a place to live down there yet ha.

if you haven't had burgatory yet you should. It's top 5. Plus their shakes and other sides are phenomenal as well. And it's close to my house so with only a little time to do stuff like this I couldn't be going into town for a 3hr affair.

haha it's a time issue. It's funny because when I bought my house I moved everything I owned in one trip in the bed of my ford ranger (mini truck)... Now the professional movers are bringing a tractor trailer and need two days to pack and load ha. It's amazing how much crap you acquire in three yrs when you have unlimited storage space.

burgatory is top notch. They have really good quality and assortment of meats there and cook it to perfection. Bison, elk, wagyu, kobe, chicken, turkey, etc. Not to mention a ton of quality topping choices and all nice and fresh.

Burgatory is not going to top Kaya, not even in a minute. Like i said, go get a real burger from a place that knows how to cook and has a chef that has won an award for top chef in the united states, then come back to me
or go to spoon / Salt of the Earth

then you will experience real food not fast food chain :)
