haha kudos to your day for calling the game while you were busy.Lol I almost missed that catch funny story Was at my friends watching the game and he had an 80 inch TV which was incredible lol but anyway: His parents were kind enough to get it catered for us, so we had wings pizza pasta salad, the whole nine yards This was around the time I started to eat healthier, and lose weight (50 lbs going into my senior year of highschool and college) so I was iffy on eating that stuff but said fuggit its the super bowl. Anyway, my body was not happy with me lol. Only had one slice and 4 wings, and I had to go home because the runs were just brutal. Made me never want that combo again. But as soon as I got home and destroyed the toilet for 10-15 minutes with my dad giving me the play by play, I ran out and didn't even get to sit down and saw that play. Almost missed it and I would have been so pissed
I did her again before I quit to rub it in his face. He ended up getting fired like 2 weeks after I quit too. Was bummed I missed that ha.Lol but you won the war by banging the chick!

I can't make one I don't like, I vary the add-ins and spices weekly or even daily. This week is mexican style, with beans and some lean ground beef in them, onions, cheese, topped with salsa.
Got a free pass to LA fitness in cinci for the evening so I went in and hammered a good push session. Freestyled a lot of the session since there were a bunch of hammer strength machines and such that i don't normally have access to. Absolutely punished my chest and pumped out as much as I could on every exercise. Felt amazing. Agreed 100%. The cinnamon roll crunch is good, but not quite up to Cinnabon. A close second tho.

my mom makes an awesome pb banana pie. It's almost like a pudding but you freeze it so it's thicker and the bananas and graham crust on the bottom are amazing.Mmmmm that makes me want a peanut butter banana pie. If that's possible lol

I refuse to let a more expensive ice cream melt, the cheap ones are fine to refreeze but the better ones aren't the same after. Mix-ins all sink, etc. Honestly its been a few years since I've had the cereal myself lol. I bet The Solution has some suggestions on how to have it, I can see it being good with a cinnamon, maple, or snickerdoodle shake as the milk

Whereas I cannot hardly go 2 hours into my day without feeling dizzy and depleted without some sort of food. And about every 3 hours after that!! Fasting, at any part of the day is not for me.

Plus fasting primes the body for amino acids. I'm on my phone, but I'll throw up links when I get home.
I might get flamed for this, but you can make it work regardless of goals.
and again goes back to my point of gherlin, when you were growing up did you eat every 2-3 hours? Probably not, and you did not get hungry because you were use to eating at X or Y times. martin has about a dozen + links or studies to back that hunger hormone and how it can adapt to any feeding style think back way back in the day people at maybe 1-2 times a day and never got hungry.. why? because they are use to it and were accustomed to it.
