Lol I almost missed that catch funny story

Was at my friends watching the game and he had an 80 inch TV which was incredible lol but anyway:

His parents were kind enough to get it catered for us, so we had wings pizza pasta salad, the whole nine yards

This was around the time I started to eat healthier, and lose weight (50 lbs going into my senior year of highschool and college) so I was iffy on eating that stuff but said fuggit its the super bowl.

Anyway, my body was not happy with me lol. Only had one slice and 4 wings, and I had to go home because the runs were just brutal. Made me never want that combo again. But as soon as I got home and destroyed the toilet for 10-15 minutes with my dad giving me the play by play, I ran out and didn't even get to sit down and saw that play. Almost missed it and I would have been so pissed

haha kudos to your day for calling the game while you were busy.

I was scheduled to work a 2hr shift the evening of the colts/bears superbiwl and was gonna miss the first half or so. Got in to work and it was dead so they said I was good to go home but my manager knew I wanted to make the beginning of the game and was an ******* to me cuz I had banged the waitress he liked my first week of work so he made me stay til exactly kickoff. I sprinted home to try not to miss much but missed Hester run the opening kick back. So pissed.
 
Omelettes are the breakfast of champions, love them to death.

I can't make one I don't like, I vary the add-ins and spices weekly or even daily. This week is mexican style, with beans and some lean ground beef in them, onions, cheese, topped with salsa.

Freestyled a lot of the session since there were a bunch of hammer strength machines and such that i don't normally have access to. Absolutely punished my chest and pumped out as much as I could on every exercise. Felt amazing.

They opened an LA fitness near me I haven't checked out yet, I might have to.

I only ever use the bigger gyms in off season, everyone else is busy getting fat for the holidays, more machines for me.

Jealous on all 3 counts btw
 
Greatest of All Time Cinnabun cereal >> the Captain too, Cinnamon jacks were pretty weak I would probably say Cinnamon Chex and Cinnamon Puffins are a bit better too

Agreed 100%. The cinnamon roll crunch is good, but not quite up to Cinnabon. A close second tho.

When you try Buckeye Blitz, you can and will soon realize why i pay a bit extra for ice cream compared to Edy's Half Fat bullcrap :)

Not to mention there are full size balls of cookie dough and chunks of chocolate chips that may be 1/2" thick

my mom makes an awesome pb banana pie. It's almost like a pudding but you freeze it so it's thicker and the bananas and graham crust on the bottom are amazing.

And bob, I'm down to eat that mess. Looks glorious

On my way home from cinci today so long day in the car. Gonna fast until I get home, spend a good amount of time pulling heavy things in the gym, and then obliterate my first of 3 Thanksgiving dinners. Gonna be amazing.
 
I refuse to let a more expensive ice cream melt, the cheap ones are fine to refreeze but the better ones aren't the same after. Mix-ins all sink, etc.


Honestly its been a few years since I've had the cereal myself lol. I bet The Solution has some suggestions on how to have it, I can see it being good with a cinnamon, maple, or snickerdoodle shake as the milk

destroyed my legs today, didn't go heavy in anything really and just did more of a pump session. i wanna deadlift heavy on Thursday before i stuff my face

I don't know how people fast all day and then say they feel better/stronger when training in the afternoon/eve... I took a hefty preworkout concoction consisting of: 2sc og high volume, 1 sc hi5 (bcaa+misc focus and endurance goodies- great stuff if you haven't seen it), 1sc speedX3, and 1/2sc flashover (w/ DMAA) and still basically forced myself through my workout. Pump was meh at best even with high reps, short rest, and super setting. Just an overall meh workout due to lack of energy. I officially need my carbs. Fasted training is for mornings only for me ha.

Now headed to the moms house to absolutely stuff my face with all things thanksgiving.

Gonna do a little misc workout tomorrow and then pre-thanksgiving #2 gonna do a full body beast workout. Squats, deads, bench, OHP, and then maybe a little accessory work. Gonna feed ALL THE MUSCLES!!! dem turkey gainz
 
Because not everyone is made the same, some people thrive off fasting. I can fast till 2-3 PM in the afternoon and feel great and have tons of energy.
Its a personal preference.

Whereas I cannot hardly go 2 hours into my day without feeling dizzy and depleted without some sort of food. And about every 3 hours after that!! Fasting, at any part of the day is not for me.

Plus fasting primes the body for amino acids. I'm on my phone, but I'll throw up links when I get home.

I might get flamed for this, but you can make it work regardless of goals.

Because of Gherlin your hunger hormone. It will adapt to any feeding pattern or style you train it to be accustomed to.

But like everything else, people evolve and it's why we have been around for so long.

I have a hard enough time eating 6k calories in 14hours. No chance I could eat that many, nutrient dense foods, in that window. It may work well for smaller guys but to be elite in this sport, no chance.

I think it has merit of you're smaller and are lean and want an easier time staying lean without the cardio and intense hunger. More food equals more growth.

Guys think to be big you have to use a lot of gas with 10 compounds and extreme doses..... I'll stick to my moderate test doses and "stupid old school eating methods" and wake up weighing 220lbs and a waist that's under 33"
