Anyone else tried the candy apple m&m's too? Just found them yesterday and they're spot on. The shell taste just like the candy coating and the choc inside is a nice addition. Got mine in the freezer and they're amazing.

Had another speed workout today. 35min push hyper session. Weights are all still up which is good and even with shorter rests between I've been able to lose no less then one rep on my final set. Tomorrow I have some time for a change so I'm gonna have a nice long pull hyper session and go for max pump.

About a week and a half in to my 1g ara, ABE, alphamax and the only real thing I've noticed is some increased well being feeling and slight doms. Nothing special in the way of pumps or hunger yet.

as for the hobbit, i haven't seen any of the previous ones. may have to check it out though i heard good things. i'm pumped for the hunger games though, you ever see them Bob?
 
So you fit a cheat meal into your daily macros.
how is that any different from the normal foods you eat everyday to hit x y and z on protein carbs and fats
personally i think of a cheat as a totally untracked meal, a meal i do not count, and usually exceeds calories used a mental relief.
You aint gonna get fat off one meal during the entire 7 day week in the grand scheme of things.

Same idea but just varying your fat/carb macros.. still same thing as tracking macros in the grand scheme of things
I doubt a bit of moderation is going to hurt you man.
You do not get paid to calculate macros and hit them everyday haha

Going to be a good couple hours right there with the pizza then the Hunger Games. Once you see it, don't spill any info about it lol.
 
I'll be honest the third book was my least favorite so idk how I feel about seeing the next two movies....

Up on fats so dropping carbs = Altering macros to help fit in the food to your daily kcals.

I am just curious how one untracked meal would harm you in an offseason where you have no future competition plans for a LONG time, and you just workout because it is a hobby and something you enjoy doing.

Smaller theater, def not like the AMC ones you'll see at the mall. They just redid the chairs, so they're super comfortable but they don't recline. Those AMC reclining ones are on point

woke up at 147 this morning, definitely a new high. this was pre poo though, but most of my weights are. but i'm happy gaining weight nice and slow and i still look lean and feel good. muscles feel full and strong, pretty happy with the process

Workout yesterday was a big disappointment. I've been pretty tired the last couple days due to some late nights getting work done on/around the house to prep for selling it. On top of that, my tendinitis in my left arm started flaring up a bit again so I was trying to work around it. Chin-ups and any form of bb curls are out (usually don't do any bicep work anyways so nbd). Weights are staying pretty steady this week as I'm kicking off my next 12 week cycle of training. Gonna pretty much plan to be in the gym every day that I'm not forced not to. Gonna have a lot of built in days off so the rest will be there, just sporadic vs same day weekly.

Legs power tonight so squat party.
 
kbayne and Driven2lift since you guys have used Enhanced before, how many scoops do you typically use. I'm thinking 1.5 to start, I usually do one and like an 1/8 scoop of Katana or 1 scoop nitramine

I would start with 1 scoop and see how you like it.

I do 1.5 most of the time though.

I've been doing 1 Enhanced + 1 High Volume as well.
 
yeah i need a kick in the butt today. i slept in so i'm dragging ass a bit. i think i'll try 1.5 and its leg day, so no high volume for me haha
 
1.5 is good, I work up to 2.

Ya I agree. 1 Enhanced + 1 High Volume is awesome and I usually only use 1 scoop Enhanced, bump to 1.5 when dragging. 2 is usually too much for me, ever.

haha will do. 1.5 it is, and i through a scoop of HV in just cause it'll be fun not walking with a quad pump.

going with high volume squats today and going to try breezy11's 300 rep extended set for hamstrings as a finisher.
