that's a standard meal for be but honestly one of my fav foods is just grilled chicken so this was perfect. My whole family also makes fun of me for the amount of broccoli I eat and how I order it everywhere I go when I'm out. definitely true. I am a total volume eater. I'm not satisfied at all if a meal isn't filling. I just start counting the seconds til I can eat again.^^ prob another reason why you sometimes get bloat, volume of food you eat and amonut of veggies which can do that (also high fiber intake)
