Currently sitting in a car for 5+hrs tho and hating life. Doing back before long trips is no bueno. I always schedule around it but just wasn't an option this time ;) pain for the gains

Alphamax (2pre workout-lift days,am off days, 2 pre bed)
DIM (had laying around so figure Id try it at 100mg/day)

i'm trying 2g ArA starting today... i have like 8 bottles on hand lol.

Today i'm doing back, starting with rack pulls to working sets of 5 and then some T-Bar rows. My T-Bar Row has been on point as of late, getting some of the best contractions lately.

After the gym I'm heading to lunch with my brother and roommate from college to get italian. unreal hero's... going with my favorite: grilled chicken, fresh mozz, let tomato and red wine vinegar

As much as I'm freaking loving DMZ, I almost can't wait to start my ArA run as well.
 
I'm psyched to give it a real run. Last time I stopped after like 2 weeks for some reason. Can't remember why. Nothing physical tho

no way. My lower back gets so tight and achy from sitting. Legs are just stiff

Wedding food was bomb tonight. Marinated chicken breast and top sirloin steak, broccoli, green beans, and red potatoes. And buffet style for big eats.
 
Could of ate that at your house instead and tracked it on your MFP with those selections :)
that's a standard meal for be but honestly one of my fav foods is just grilled chicken so this was perfect. My whole family also makes fun of me for the amount of broccoli I eat and how I order it everywhere I go when I'm out. I'm a simple man.
 
^^ prob another reason why you sometimes get bloat, volume of food you eat and amonut of veggies which can do that (also high fiber intake)

definitely true. I am a total volume eater. I'm not satisfied at all if a meal isn't filling. I just start counting the seconds til I can eat again.

That said, I can handle do it when cutting but it's def tough mentally on me more then anything. That's why I switched to my current plan of a short am fast, small meal, medium lunch, giant dinner/pwo, and big pre bed. Makes me much happier.
 
Sitting in airports all day blows. Hoping when I get in to LA I'll head to the hotel, drop a pre and then hit the gym. Either hotel if it's good enough or there's and anytime fitness right down the road I might try. Either way it's prob gonna be a bad week for legs with limited options.

Thinking since I'm not going in until 8am mon/tues I'll prob hit the gym in the morning and then bang out a nice big breakfast at the hotel. Then just smaller meals through the day.

Weds is gonna be tougher as I start at 6a and not sure when I'll be done. Will prob do an evening session this day and then thurs will have to be off as I'm in the factory 6a-7p and then taking the redeye home.

Fri I'll be home around 9a, head to the gym, then heading to psu for a weekend of drinking my face of and eating every tailgate food in sight. Can't wait to blow off some steam as this move has me stressed as hell trying to get my house ready to sell and move right around the holidays and with all this travel.

just surreal... my metabolism has improved leaps and bounds since being on the thyroid medicine and reverse dieting.... i mean i wasn't gaining **** at 370g of carbs and 2740 calories

He may be, for training and for diet. Way does only diet really, idk just looking around and seeing my options.I love breezy's protocol and his methods, plus he's legitimately taught me more about "training" and not just lifting more than anyone and has always been an incredible help since I joined the forums months ago

I did to Paul awhile back but funds wouldn't allow. I emailed inov8, haven't heard back
