Great job posting up photos swimfan65 I'd say your upper back/shoulders/traps seem to be your strength. Without knowing how the abdomen / legs look, of upper body I'd focus on bringing up upper and middle chest (also my weak points).

My diet is way cleaner since leaving the hospital...literally chicken, rice and beans for every meal with eggs, yogurt, and cottage cheese for snacks. Also going to start training in the AM on an empty stomach with cardio after each work out and ab work. Also, at 6'6, I have no wheels. I train legs eod..but they will always be my weakest point.

Maybe you’re overtraining legs. That’s 3-4 leg days a week. Are they constantly sore? My legs take a long time to recover but you could be different in this regard.

Yes..my plan is to remain close to this weight, cut the fat, add some more lean muscle before summer. My diet is totally on point and I will be training early, fasted, with 30 to 45 mins of cardio after every workout. Carbs will be minimal with 350 to 400 grams protein...and no sugar at all...well no cake, ice cream..etc. I know there was sugar in the yogurt and in fruit and peanut butter...but that will be it. Probably stay between 3.5 and 4.5k in cals. Plus 400 Test E ew and 100 tren eod with and adding winny the last few months before summer while cutting out the SD Im taking pwo now.

This is really the only picture to go off of (for now) on the abdomen, if you’re still around this, then your abdomen is around 30%.
Upper body is probably 18%
