Great job posting up photos swimfan65 I'd say your upper back/shoulders/traps seem to be your strength. Without knowing how the abdomen / legs look, of upper body I'd focus on bringing up upper and middle chest (also my weak points).

Yeah..thanks i appreciate the critique. Im a recovering power lifter..i used to be 362.
 
I think im getting close to how I want to look..hopefully by summer Ill be abe able to put all mid 40s guys to shame at the beach. My diet is way cleaner since leaving the hospital...literally chicken, rice and beans for every meal with eggs, yogurt, and cottage cheese for snacks. Also going to start training in the AM on an empty stomach with cardio after each work out and ab work. Also, at 6'6, I have no wheels. I train legs eod..but they will always be my weakest point.

I try my dude. Right now Im hoping with proper dieting, training, cardio, test, tren, and SD I can grow and lean out at the same time. After a month or so, I may up the tren to 100 ed and see what happens..instead of EOD. I also have some winny..but Im going to wait until like a month or so before beach season to run it.

Maybe you’re overtraining legs. That’s 3-4 leg days a week. Are they constantly sore? My legs take a long time to recover but you could be different in this regard.

Its really hard for me to get sore anywhere...and I go heavy with lots of sets past failure on just about every exercise I do
 
Today was my off day from the gym. Food was chicken, rice, black beans × 3. .25 of deli ham with .25 of swiss. 16 ounces whole milk. An entire family size container of low fat yogurt..hell that was 1500 cals.Currently eating large bowl of oats wwith 3 tabel spoons of peanut butter. If I
can force it down, ill have another bowl of chicken, rice and black beans before bed. However, I am very full right now and these oats are kicking my ass. I feel like cool hand luke eating 50 eggs...lol.
 
If you keep cutting, you may attract all the milfs from the block. It would be healthier too. What do you think?

Yes..my plan is to remain close to this weight, cut the fat, add some more lean muscle before summer. My diet is totally on point and I will be training early, fasted, with 30 to 45 mins of cardio after every workout. Carbs will be minimal with 350 to 400 grams protein...and no sugar at all...well no cake, ice cream..etc. I know there was sugar in the yogurt and in fruit and peanut butter...but that will be it. Probably stay between 3.5 and 4.5k in cals. Plus 400 Test E ew and 100 tren eod with and adding winny the last few months before summer while cutting out the SD Im taking pwo now.

I also have no idea how to pose...that is the first time I ever did that. I wish I could do that back lat spread, because I have a thick back...might look decent.

I crop the crap out of it, or maybe in camera settings they may have a sizing scale depending on your phone.

No..my abdomen doesnt look like that...in that pic im swollen as hell from the surgery i had just had

Better abdomen shot. Im not flexing them as im doing a double biceps. But its hard as a rock and i have abs if i flex my stomach

Would have to see the abdomen, like others said. Its also my problem area, same for boob fat. From behind one sees that your hip tire got awesomely small! Congrats on that!

This. Which, excess skin would have to be taken into account though. Because coming down from 360 to 280 is a lot of weight. Without the full picture it’s hard to discern.

But, I’d *say* 20ish. Because you can see some intercostal muscles tryin to poke through!

Yes, but you are not at a beauty pageant contest. To evaluate your changes, don't hide anything, like skin flaps, moles, marks, missing limbs, micro penis and Siamese twins.

Yes, diet modifications are a bear, but do able to drop that. Remind me, do you do cardio warmup prior to intense weights? You have quality gear.. plenty, but also use Yohimbine or a thermogenic with it like Radiate+?

Fcuk yeah that’s doable. I did it last summer, when from roughly 18-20% down to 10-12% in 2 months. Yeah I used clen and an eca stack, yeah I got weak as fcuk, yeah my god damn excess skin still pisses me off, yeah I ran 30-35km a week but yeah you can do it for sure.

What I learnt last year was to take it slower if off cycle (I’m going to do my main cutting on cycle this year) even if on clen.

With your experience and frame you’ll smash it brother.

I was doing cardio after. Im switching to fasted cardio..meal number 1...weights
