Ill start the tren back up next week 100 eod with 400 ish a week of test. Did do the Superdrol pre workout. All in all felt good. Dudes at my gym were like damn eat a sandwich

So yesterday was 2nd day back in the gym after surgery. Did back and shoulders..pull downs, shrugs, military press, rows...etc. I was only in there for like 45 mins beforr i was spent. Being weak sucks. Eating chicken, rice, and beans..like 4 times a day for last two days..large portions. Today is arms and legs. Took my first test pin this AM and been doing superdrol 20mgs preworkout. Still feel like crap...no pain..just a little shakey..but a bit better this morning. Weight is at 257..ugh..gonna slowly build up to like 280. I could do it in a few weeks if i wanted..but it would be alot of fat.
Keep crushing it brotherGym went great today..felt strong again! Before the gym i ate like a pig. Breakfast was rice chicken and beans. Lunch was 4 fish sammies from arbys. Dinner rice chicken and beans, dinner 2 was rice chicken, pulled pork and beans. Im guessing calories was around 6 to 7 k. Weighed 265 this afternoon..but i was full of food and water. Going to keep calories around the same until size and strength return. I guess my thread is no longer swims cut..lol. Felt really good all day..even got busy with my girl twice.

Awwww, I'm telling. LolToday was my off day. I go 3 on 1 off. Did quite a bit of eating so far and havent even done dinner yet. 6 eggs and toast, bowl of oats with peanut butter, 12 inch meatball sub, 16 ounce sirloin and sweet potatoes, bowl of rice ,chicken, and beans. Probably eat that last meal again around 7pm. Looks like Im starting to fill back out. 268 this morning. Im going to go heavy..or at least try, tomorrow. That will be my 4th day back at the gym since surgery...dont tell my Dr. Im not supposed to lift more than 10 pounds until I see her for the follow up in 2 weeks. Ive never been to good at doing what Im told to do. I have no pain and feel fine...so Ill do what Ive always done...whatever the hell I want. Knock me down once, I'll get up twice...lol.

I think when recovering from a surgery the best course is to lift a bit but not too much, and get some solid doses of GH in.

Lol. Some dude at my gym is hiding his gear use from his wife so he wont get stuff shipped to his house. Before he started buying pins from me he was using 1.25, 16 gauge cattle pins from tractor supply. People are dumb
Can't wait to see those pics brotherSo Im doing 12 pounds of chicken breasts every 4 days, didnt think it was that much until I cooked another package this morning. Today was heavy bench, last set was 455 for 5...help with number 5. So its coming back. Tren starts monday..100 eod with 400 of test ew and SD at 40 pwo. Filling back out nicely. Ill put up a pic later today...feel small..ugh. But it will take some time to comeback. Ill just keep grinding. I walk a mile to catch bus to the gym, walk .5 from there to gym and do the same thing to return. Been in this situation for years now...3 to be exact. So when you catch yourself making excuses, shut up and put in that work! If it was easy, everybody would do it.
