Back and shoulders. I really dont count reps or sets. Its alot. Tired fasted training...that went over like a brick...not doing that again. Also trensomnia has me pretty agitated..last two nights sucked ass for sleep. Got bored and woke my GF up for a little skins...at least shes cool about it. Starting look very noticeably "on" at the gym..definition, Vascularity, strength, dripping with sweat...pretty crazy. Even got veins popping across my chest...at 312lbs...lol...just nuts. Test is 750 ew, tren at 400 ew. Dosing tren 2 days on one off...so pin 100 M, T...off W...pin T, F...off Sat...etc. Sides are fine...just the sleep issue.
