10,000 ain't sh*t if you know how to do it: simple carbs/sugar & fats is the ticket. Picking foods with stupid high energy for how easy they are to digest. Christmas my Italian side of the fam made a huge pasta dinner w/ all these fatty meats & sausages, potatoes, the works. Then, after eating to max capacity for an hour or more, dishes get washed and everyone relaxes for another hour or so - then it's time for desert. Since everyone brings something, there's literally almost a cake/stollen/pie/pastry tray for everyone in attendance. I try them all over a solid 2 hours of desert eating, coffee-drinking and socializing. I actually fell asleep for a minute at the table this year - my pancreas was revved up harder than Ricky Bobby's pace car.
Kid at my gym's coach had him on keto pretty hard, and when it was reload time he told him to destroy anything he wanted. He went to the bakery and wiped out TWO DOZEN filled doughnuts. He had pizza and all kinds of stuff later too.

SweetLou321 stop using light sour cream - buy yourself a tub of unflavored greek yogurt and slather on as much as you want with 4x the protein. I swear it tastes exactly the same. Awesome on baked potatoes, tacos, any situation you enjoy sour cream - except instead of feeling guilty you're feeding your muscles.
