Well I get tired of eating so much sweet potatoes plain. Of course there is butter, brown sugar, and cinamon, but then I get a lot of unwanted calories. I also run into the issue of using all my added supplements into my diet, so I had a good idea today that turned out quite tasty. Microwaved my sweet potatoe, peeled it, amshed it up, added tablespoon of coconut oil and sprinkled with cinamon. Very good
