Yeah there's some pretty fancy new point & shoot cameras out there. I've got a nikon dslr but have been eyeing some of these new cameras - small and take nice pics plus they all seem to do HD video now

PL coach called today to make sure I'm ready to roll Monday. I screwed up the schedule; bench m, squat w, OHP th, DL sat.

He wants me to compete in an AAU comp on April 5, and I think I will. He also informed me they're using a modified Cube method for programming, so it looks like I'll be following that for 8 weeks.

I'm not going to question a dude that has put together some training for Mick Manley. Pretty excited to train with other people since I started PL'ing.
 
Weighted vest walking and a few moderate prowler passes this AM. Feel like I have a freaking hangover for some reason. I'm shot from yesterday.

I am so freaking annoyed at this game and I'm not even a Denver fan. Worst Super Bowl since giants vs ravens in 2000. This game sucks and I feel bad for Manning.
 
Seattle came with a big, gigantic set of balls today. They're playing LIGHTS OUT.

I seriously thought Denver matched up well against Seattle. Man. I didn't care who won, but I wanted and expected a close game.
