Rev Flys: 12.5x20-20-20

Alt DB Preacher Curls: 25x15-13-10-8

Pullovers: 50x25-20-18

Reverse grip EZ Bar curls: 30+bar x20-20-20

CGBP: 85x10, 175x8-6-5, 125x8-8

I think this was the best video yet. First you channel the energy, then the moment, and then the cockiness! I love it!
 
I have to say that DCP2.0 has enabled my body to take advantage of nutrients in such a way that my recovery is unbelievable and my power off the floor is almost shocking to me. Its ability to pack my muscles with glycogen and speed nutrients to it for synthesis and recovery are unmatched in any herbal supp I've tried and this was not something I was expecting from it at all.
