Sustain Alpha-LV and TCF-1 Log (unsponsored)

11/3: ME Upper

Floor press: worked up to 255x3
Rear flys: 45x12x5

I called it a day for max work. I wasn't feeling too into the session and the weight felt much heavier than it should have. Oh well, **** happens and life goes on.

11/5: ME Lower
GM: worked up to 295x5
GHR: BWx12x5
BB lunges: 185x12x5
Decline situps: BW+45x12

I felt much better today and I must say that I am freaking fried. There was some major lingering nausea and I didn't want to eat for about an hour and a half after this session. I finished off the TCF-1 and have just a bit of the Sustain left. Final review will come later this week.

Don't feel too bad. I was doing a DE on Friday and lost the groove on banded speed bench and was stuck under the bar.

I have only had one close call with regular bench in not getting it up without a spotter. Was completely freak too, because it was weight I handle easily. Luckily the adrenaline rush allowed me to re-establish strength to get it up.

Dips don't bother my elbows, but I won't ever do reverse grip. Too much strain on the wrists and not enough in return when there are many other options for tris.

I had this happen awhile back with 525 on the bar, I had to tilt the bar over and dump the weight which ended up being the more dangerous part.

It has always felt like too awkward a lift for me, and usually that tells me I am not doing it with controlled enough form to prevent injury.

My take from that statement: You are a beast.

Sorry for the delay, but here is my final review.

Overall, I give the cycle an 8/10. I loved the synergy between the two and the main things I noticed were increased recovery, mood, and aggression. I didn't have anything noticeable as far as sides go and I would definitely use it again in the future.

However, I am going to try out the TD version since the feedback on it solid.

Thank you for the log man! Let us know what you think of the transdermal in comparison!
