Whats the avaerage dose to take. I was going to start at 250mg but I keep seeing reading of people doing 500mg twice a week.
Same with winstol. what is the does on that?
I was considering stacking the 2 together but Im either gonna run sust at 250mg with winstol or sust alone at 500mg.
 
Agreed there is no reason to run winni at 250mg, 50 is sufficient daily, 250mg twice of sus is an average dosing protocol, if you have more questions on real gear feel free to pm me, I will set you up with proper pct as well.
