Okay, I’m going to update more , but just wanted to say this quick . Ran a little yesterday For the first time in YEARS and it felt like I have already been running. Today I ran on the treadmill doing it somewhat HIIT style . I was able to hold a 5.8-6.3 pace for around 5-15 mins. I also randomly hit an 8.1 speed! I don’t even run . Ran cross country from 7Th - freshman year . Wasn’t to shabby but it’s literally been years

I’ve already been doing cardio, but usually when I run it feels like my heart is thumping hard , but I don’t get that sensation. Just feels stable. Never get out of breath but that’s pretty normal for me

Hit a little more delts , but mainly arms today . Also, 4 sets of shrugs. Very intense , short rest periods.

Seated Db shoulder press 5 sets
Barbell curl 5 sets
Hs shoulder press 3 sets / 2 unilateral sets
Cable ez bar curl 4 sets
Straight bar Tricep extension 4 sets
Barbell skullcrusher 3 sets followed by 3 sets of Db skullcrusher
Preacher curl 4 sets unilateral / 4 straight sets
One arm tricep ext 3 sets no rest in between each arm
Tricep rope ext 4 sets
Incline curl superset incline hammer curl 4 sets
Shrug machine 4 sets
Lateral raise 4 sets

My rat definitely feels dryer . I’ve noticed gw gives a tightening effect over time

All I can say is positives about this GW . So glad I get to log it :) . And will be getting more from supreme. Even considering the inject for another experiment on my rat

I’ll say the dryness I’ve noticed could be a combo. I noticed it with gw but adding TD 6oxo And b aet is contributing as well. Haven’t been on those too long, though

@TheVenom ah , I see man and yeah, around the same time is when the world went to crap. Hopefully I see you post more now. Seems like another log is going to be up for grabs with you now haha

It’s quality my man. And I’m not saying that because this is a sponsored log. I tried a gw before this one and didn’t get anywhere close to the endurance boost and leaning effects.

I’m considering trying a sarm, but will definitely be ordering more gw.

Legs and triceps today. Feeling somewhat dryer.

Leg press 70 reps/ 25 reps / 12 reps / 10 reps / 8 reps

Hack squat 18, 10, 7, 8

Smith machine squat 3 sets

Lying leg curl superset Romanian deadlift on a smith 3 sets

One dropset on the lying leg curl

Leg extensions 20, 15, 8

Seated leg press 2 sets

Ez bar skullcrusher 4 sets
Rope Tricep extension superset dips 3 sets
Vbar pressdown 1 rest pause set

Calf raise 5 sets

Seated leg curl 3 sets

Did 30 mins on the stairs after and usually my quads are burning , but felt effortless! Also, hit 24k steps yesterday.

Had to get The chest / delts pump from today .....
Focused mainly on volume today. Going to experiment with more volume per muscle group now. I hit everything twice a week so this will be a very high volume experiment. Can’t take every set to failure so this will be interesting. This is very easy with gw. I feel like I can handle tons of volum

Bench 5 sets 15,4,2-4,6,12
Db bench 4 sets 8-12 reps
Flat smith machine bench 1x 15 3x 10
Seated cable fly superset decline hammer strength bench 4 sets
Pec deck superset incline hammer strength chest press 4 sets
Cable fly 4 sets

Reverse pec deck 5 sets 10-15
Lateral raise w/Db’s 5 sets
Seated Db press 3 sets
Hammer strength shoulder press 4 sets

Ab crunch machine 3 sets regular / 2 sets for the obliques

Machine preacher curl 5 pyramid sets
Cable curl free motion superset one arm standing cable curl(high) 4 sets of 12-20
Incline curl superset Hammer curl 4 sets

straight bar Tricep pressdown 5 sets
One arm cable extension 4 Sets
Incline ez bar skullcrusher 4 sets
Dips machine superset vbar press down 4 sets

one arm cable lateral raise 4 sets

cardio endurance just keeps going up . Hitting 22-24k steps a day now. It just gets better. Treadmill speed and incline keeps going up, as well

did this leg workout in 45 minutes today!
Hack squat 5x 20 , 8-12, 8-12, dropset, light stretch set 10-20 reps

Walking lunges w/ barbell 3 sets / 1 set body weight

Lying leg curl superset Romanian deadlift on a smith or barbell 4 sets of 8-12 reps

Leg extensions 4x 12-20

Leg press 4x 20/20/20/8-15

Seated leg curl 4 sets

Seated calf raise 4 sets 10-20

@cheftepesh1 think supreme will be getting acp105? They have some rare sarms already so it seems like it could be a possibility

not sure if I want to try gw 072 next or stick with 501516 😂. Seem to respond well to cardarine

Pull day. Feeling way dryer than ever. The mdiaz failed, water bloat is finally starting to go away.... I hope, lol . Gw is making cardio easy AF . Hitting 24k steps daily now

rest periods between sets are always shorter too and incorporating more supersets.

I will NOTE, gw is making me feel a bit flat at times.l, but I love it enough to deal with it.
Lat pulldown 5 sets
Cambered bar pulldown 4 sets
Cable row 3 sets
^ this was basically a pre exhaust

Barbell row 1x 6 heavy reps 1x 8, 1x 10, 1x 12
Weighted pull ups 2 sets/ 2 sets bodyweight

Cable Free motion lat pulldown superset one arm cable lat pulldown 3 sets

Smith machine row 3 sets

Cable standing row 2 sets

close grip ez bar cable curl 2 sets / 2 sets wide grip superset rope hammer curl 4 sets

Machine preacher curl 3 sets
